Such an amazing stay in fez. This has been the highlight of our stay in Morocco so far, especially thanks to Karim and his family. So helpful and before we even arrived we were taken care of and really helpful tips to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Really comfy bed’s! When travelling this is so important and we had one of the best nights sleep we had in a while. Location is great! We had a car and lots of luggage because we are travelling long term so we had a short walk from the parked car to the room, we were met in our car outside and helped to find the car park and then assisted with our luggage all the way. This isn’t anything extra we paid or asked for this is just how helpful they are! Karim walked with us and had local suggestions which made the trip so enjoyable. Breakfast is great, and they take care of you like family. Can not recommend enough!!

Dar Hafsa is the best choice to stay in Fez. The location is perfect, near to the Blue Gate and the other main points of interest of the Medina. The house is absolutely beautiful and you feel as if you were in a palace. People who work at the Riad are very kind and helpful. Finally, breakfast is fantastic. 10/10

Don’t hesitate - book a stay here. We so enjoyed our week in Fes staying at Dar Hafsa. Karim took such great care of us - he helped us plan our time, gave us great tips and arranged a couple of incredible tours for us. We’ll never forget the night we spent under the stars in the Sahara and really appreciated the time and care he put in to get us exactly what we wanted and even more than we imagined. About the place - it’s beautiful, the air conditioner works really well, the area is quiet, the bed is comfortable and it’s so clean. The breakfast everyday was a highlight for us - delicious and gave us plenty of energy to make it through our day. Mounir provided such lovely hospitality - he was so kind to order food for us late at night, walk us places so we didn’t get lost and made us endless cups of fresh mint tea. We honestly would never stay anywhere in else Fes - Karim provided an unforgettable week and made us feel so at home.

Very beautiful and clean. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Helpful staff who took us to our private driver and picked us up. Offered to give recommendations for good local restaurants and tours.

The location is perfectly in the Medina but there are many teenagers and kids playing games near the outside corridor that will try to tell you the street is closed so that they can take you a different way and ask for money tip for their service. Ignore these kids, they are lying!

The location is ideal to discover the Fes Medina. The hotel is an old house which was well restored to reflect the ancient style. All the staff were very helpful. Ideal for someone who loves to travel back into the past to get a feel for how people lived hundreds of years ago.

Aircondition is very good, there’s hair dryer, staff is really accommodating, wifi signal is very good, breakfast is simple moroccan style but very satisfying. Courtyard/ breakfast area is picture/ IG worthy :)

Our stay at Dar Hafsa was a fantastic experience overall. We were picked up at the airport on the first day, booked great tours through the hosts (including a city tour with a guide who gave us a great overview of Fes, we highly recommend this one). We got many tips and recommendations (e.g. restaurants) and felt like at home. In total we stayed 4 nights. The rooms are very clean and very pretty, as is the entire Dar Hafsa. The hosts and staff are really amazing. They are very friendly and attentive, as well as always there to help. We are happy to have met you and look forward to seeing you again inshallah :) shukran for everything!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok and more than enough for a solo traveler. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom smelled quite bad. In the room you cannot properly close the window so you hear every noise in the riad. Payment was not possible by card because of "the machine didn't work" excuse.

Aziz and his father are principled Muslim men who are extremely honest and kind towards all their guests. We enjoyed enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would highly recommend everyone visiting Fes to enjoy the hospitality in this beautiful Riad. Bonus: They also have a lovely terrace with a lovely view of the Old City. Don’t miss it out!

Nothing. The GPS is a little tricky to navigate inside the Old City, it's something you'll learn through experience. We found it easier to reach destination from the Blue Gate.

The Dar was excellent and located in a very convenient place in the medina. The staff was very helpful and respectful.

The place was nice, the breakfast as well, nice location.

We wanted to pay by card, and we were advised that it would be possible, but in the end, it wasn't. Not very clean. They were supposed to meet us, but we were a bit late and had to find the place on our own, which was a change.

This place has all the beautiful details I came to Morocco for. Now, here I am living in them! So many masterfully crafted architectural details. Detailed plaster work, wood work, metal light fixtures. I love it! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love. I slept like a baby. Nice and quiet at night with a comfy bed and enough blankets to keep me toasty at night. The bathroom is really nice too with it's blue and white tile and great water pressure. You can tell the family really put their heart and soul into making this a place that is both beautiful and welcoming to guests. I especially loved that there is no smoking inside of the Riad. All smoking is outside on the rooftop so people allergic to smoke (like me) will never be bothered by it while inside the Riad.

I didn't like that this place is booked and that I can't stay longer.
