Cobraram valor a mais qdo chegamos no Hotel Tivemos que pagar uma diferença, sendo que selecionamos pelo booking 03 crianças e 02 adultos Chegando lá tivemos que pagar 01 criança como diária de adulto.

Hotel ótimo para hospedar em família. Atividades variadas para todas as idades Comida: excelente, menu variado. Tb tem opções no complexo, como hamburgueria e forneria, sorvetes, souvenirs e farmácia. Localização ímpar pra quem vai ao Thermas

O banheiro precisa de reparos. Não atrapalhou, mas incomoda.

Dedicated entry to the water park.Definetly a plus. The staff was very helpful.

Eating experience is less than desirable. Quite expensive. Buy the 3 meal package during reservation otherwise you will regret it. The food buffet is actually ok but make sure to eat early and you won't be rubbing elbows with hungry people (lots of them!). Anything that is not included in the package will be additional cost and will add up pretty quick. There are plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Very decent grocery store in town. Be aware the hotel does not provide kitchen ware. You will need to buy disposables. Also Sauna not warm and hot tubs not hot 😐

The hotel has a nice pool, restaurant and entertainment area within. The entrance to the water park is by the pools, very convenient. The entertainment staff by the pools were amazing and so much fun! The main restaurant has amazing self-service/ all you can it food for R$80. Very convenient after a long day at the water park and you just want to eat and go to bed to rest.

Most of the reception team is a bit rude and unwilling to help you when there is something wrong. We’ve had another family of guests walking into our bedroom at night with a different set of cards. Apparently the receptionists checked two families in the same room. When complaining at the reception, staff were unapologetic and difficult to help solve the problem. (I have to say though, Igor and Victor were very kind and nice when we were trying to check-in and check-out) We also asked for blankets and soap multiple times as there were none in our rooms but they were never delivered.

Not many elevators for the number of rooms. the property needs not renovation. It wasn’t a Wyndham standard of hotel. Disappointed with the experience and the hotel. even though the staff was really friendly, not a great stay.

The water of the pools was too hot.. Would be good if they have a outside shower with cold water.

The location is superb, Thermas dos Laranjais is its neighbour and there's a exclusive gate to the park. The pools are amazing good, hot water, beautiful design. The food are very good and there's many options. We liked the bedroom, very confortable, big, clean. The hotel is prepared for the Covid's precautions, and the staff is attentive to the guests. Everyone wore masks in dry areas, outside the pool area.

The rooms are very good, but I missed drawers and shelf space for larger suitcases. The meals lacked a good brewed or espresso coffee, what was available was not very good. I missed diet dessert and gluten-free food options. Other than that, everything was very tasty.
