Amos contacted me from the hotel via WhatsApp and ensured he stayed in touch knowing that I am arriving in the early hours of the morning. He arrange a comfy car with a patient and helpful driver John, who picked me up from the airport.
I arrived very tired expecting to go through the usual hectic checking process, honestly it was less than 2mins. The ambiance of the hotel from the reception was beautiful as seen in the photos, the breakfast could have been better. I would say it was the customer service that stood out for me.
My 2 night experience was amazing because of wonderful staff of the hotel.

Really comfortable hotel that feels classier than it’s price tag. There are not too many facilities but the rooms are nice and the restaurant is good and nice areas to sit work/have a coffee. There are also nice places to eat and drink within very short walking distance of the hotel.
Could have had a pool and sold beer but I think it is a Muslim owned hotel hence no beer. However there’s really good places to eat and get a beer immediately adjacent including Empire, Bistro and Ashaki.

The staff was warm and friendly.
The hot water temperature in the shower was cool and we had to take cool showers for 2 days.

The location is perfect, in a quite neighbourhood, also its a good location for discovering Karen Blixen, Giraffe center area, and it is also convenient on the way to Masai Mara. This were the key of my choice. Also that I had a stay 1 year ago, and the hotel this time also brought the same quality. Big rooms, comfy beds, clean. Might sometimes a bit of luck of hot water, but nothing serious.

All went well for me except internet issue stated below.
Internet was not working. I have been to this facility in the past several years. The internet has been a challenge, does not seem to work.I happened to have been checking out around the same time that the person responsible for IT was around. I spoke with him about this issue but he did not seem to take it seriously. That was was disappointing.

Nice staff. Felt safe. Food was fine. Nothing bad.
You don't get that feeling here that you can properly relax as the room feels worn, outdated and a bit grimy. The sheets and pillows feel worn, the bathroom fittings are old and a bit stained, and the overall feel is it needs a deep clean and get new sheets and new fittings thought out. Does not resemble the photos. I'd recommend going for a mere modern hotel

it is beautiful, bed is so comfy, staff are so friendly, shower is like a warm waterfall, just incredible. wish we had been able to stay more than one night. breakfast was delicious. and there is a lift!
we couldn’t stay longer as we had to go to a wedding.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful when I forgot something in my room. I really liked my room and the view, also there were no moskitos. The location is really good too. I really enjoyed the breakfast, I also liked that you can have your coffee in the sun in a little yard. Also there is a good variety of salty and sweet things you can choose from, f.E. they serve fresh fruit.

The location.
The door wouldn't lock from the inside and were promised that it would be fixed, but never did. Even that didn't deter us from extending our stay for two more nights. We even rebooked the room as we were traveled to Msa for four nights and confirmed that a room was reserved. I offered to pay, but the receptionist told me not to worry it has been reserved. Upon return to Nrb called the hotel to make sure everything was ok only to be told that there was no room available. I said but I reserved before leaving and the receptionist (Amos) who I remembered him and he remembered me too. He said that a company booked the whole hotel so no room available. So my reservation meant nothing and we had to find another hotel and paid more than we were meant to.
