Nuestra estancia en EX HACIENDA EL CARMEN fue muy buena, es un lugar con mucho encanto, con gran historia y muy acogedor, tiene escenarios increíbles y muy disfrutados... La habitación es preciosa y el baño muy agradable... Nos encantaron todas sus amenidades, el restaurante muy bonito y el servicio de alimentos en desayuno y cena muy rico, completo y variado con excelente sazón... Gracias por sus atenciones.
Lo que sí consideramos cómo área de oportunidad es el respetar el horario que destinan para el servicio de la piscina y del jacuzzi, pues tuvimos que esperar para poder hacer uso de este servicio y al momento de monitorear que ya estuviese funcionando óptimamente tuvimos que ir a recepción en 2 ocasiones porque no habían personas de mantenimiento para apoyar en ello.

The hacienda is truly beautiful, the relics, the nature, everything
Service could be better for this price. Staff hardly understands any english. Things take forever at reception. Food is sometimes really great, sometimes poor. And also the gardeners shouldn’t use noisy leaf blowers and high pressure cleaners on a daily basis. It kind of ruins the tranquility of the place.

Unbelievable. I have been to the finest resorts. Borabora, Hawaii, etc. The service and surroundings at this resort are truly amazing. Very very very authentic. Everything is so lovely here it is like staying in a museum. Every room has actual artifacts from centuries ago. The staff is so attentive and kind. They really do not have adequate words.
The pool is very small but I didn’t care because the grounds are so beautiful you could spend all day wandering

The beds are very hard and despite being the only ones there, it's pretty loud in the morning because the bathroom windows are permanently open.

The menu could have had a slightly enlarged selection. It was very good what was available, but I missed a good soup, a filling salad and a selection of vegetable dishes.

The staff are awesome, and the hotel is historic and spectacular. And my wife super enjoyed the spa, so give yourself a treat. I went for a bike ride to San Ignacio on the ciclovia. And there is a tequila de Bienvenido, a Fortaleza reposado which has since become my favourite tequila. Viva Mexico!
