Great Location but on a steep hill for car parking.

Main heater was difficult to work out how to operate. Just fluked to get it working.

Loved the view from the unit. Loved the proximity to the water and to the cafes. I liked the way the kitchen had all the standard homely extras, like gladwrap, salt , pepper, cooking oil.

Clean and neat and comfortable. Amazing view. Very close to National Park (5 mins drive).

Shower not hot enough 😞

a little worse for wear in the bathroom (ie. the rail kept slipping out of the bracket, and the water took a loooong time to warm up in the shower) but these things are small issues - I would come back!

Location was amazing.

Great holiday house with amazing views of the Hazards and Coles bay. Comfy beds, good shower, washing machine and drier. The kitchen has everything you need. Very close to shop and cafes, walking tracks and boat ramp. Our second visit to this lovely holiday house.

1. Location is excellent - a few hundred metres from the jetty, the ice creamery, fish and chips, small grocer and wood fired pizza 2. very close to the beach and around 800m to the national park information centre 3. Plenty of air and light in the rooms and the cross breeze is lovely 4. Washing machine works well 5. kitchen has sufficient space for cooking 6. TV and streaming services are a great addition 7. property manager was very responsive to contact about the issues raised below

this feedback was provided to the property manager and they are following up. 1. the front door catches on the floor when opening 3. Only 3 of the 4 oven hot plates work 4. The oven and grill functions appear not to work 5. Crockery is old and stained 6. Cold tap in the bathroom sink thumps/bangs like there is air in the pipes and there is not hot water in the bathroom sink

Location with large balcony n near convenient store and the jetty. Have washing machine n dryer.

Oven is not so clean.

Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend. We would love to stay again in the future. Amenities were excellent. A peaceful and relaxing location. Lovely sunshine on the Hazards 😊

grubby placemats, mould on curtains, no key for laundry door. need heavier curtains for bathroom and laundry to stop neighbour looking in of an evening when light is on. exhaust fan in bathroom is filthy and noisy. wall heater does not work and no signage warning us of that. arm on lounge is broken. bed is very uncomfortable.

I loved the proximity to the local general store, Ice creamery and restaurant. The water front views from the property were spectacular. The location was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen facilities were great and the lounge room was cosy and comfortable.

The double bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. After walking Mt Amos and the Hazards circuit a comfortable bed would have been much more restful. The back door was difficult to open as it caught on the lino and dragged. Although these minor things did not take away from the experience, overall my partner and I were impressed with the facilities and accommodation. Would 10/10 recommend and will return.

lack of communication. I texted the owner letting them know we had to leave after the 1st night due to family illness and didn't receive a response acknowledging they had received my text.

It was every thing I wanted. To be able to sit up in bed and look at the hazards in the morning while enjoying a coffee. Unit was clean and very comfortable. The Bed extremely comfortable. Great location. Great views. 😀

The garbage bags are bi -degradable ones which is good for our environment. I had to learn to take care with them when trying to remove them. Lol Lol No stress really

Location was perfect base for getting to the national park. Views of the hazards were great too.

Do need a bit of upgrade on the kitchen cutleries and dinnerware.
