I was knocked on my door 4x, at approx 01.00am..I could not sleep well. Seems that stranger person has the same room booking as me...supposed to be receiption should have valid data to not having 2 different person have same room booking. Water from bath room com8ng out to main entrance

The pool was clean, the rest just so so.

They forgot to give me towels. I booked 3 rooms, the towels is only in a room. They didn't check the room before I checked in. But that's okay.

They give me a honeymoon decor towel, and a nice view room where you can see the sun rise on the hill. Oh everything was so nice, the breakfast, the service. Variant menu of breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, clean room, good wifi. Beyond my imagination, its exceed my expectations. Thankyou Burza Hotel.

It was fine and great... Until i receive a text and voice note from anonymus number spaming says "send me the photo of last night" just now. And he call me again and again but I didnt take the call from anonymus number. Is it because me and my husband left the room in the morning with our belongings not pack in the bag? Yes we have our photo lie around in the desk while we visit temple and beach, But i didnt left the tag "clean my room" in my doorknob. But the cleaning service went ahead and clean our room anyway. I left the hotel just a while, i think in just 2 Hours long and find my room in a clean way.. The cleaning service made our bed, and changing the towel and refill the toiletteries. I appreciate the thought of the best service you provide, but i think this is exaggerated. Because you trespass our room without our permission, and i didnt left the tag "clean my room". And its making us suspicious, because of the spamming text and call.
