Amazing food and staff!

Water in the shower in the ground floor was too hot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family run Business has one newer and one older place to stay. We stayed at the older one with a nice veranda. We could use The Pool and nice Restaurant at the newer place (2minutes walk). The Italian food was good. If you have to go to sihanoukville, go to Papa Pippo.

The City of sihanoukville is horror! It's full of empty Chinese buildings, we didn't find nice places to go. Only the beach is nice.

The peace and quiet

This property is NOT beach front! The beach front from before has been moved on.. no buildings allowed there! Papa Pippos now access through rough unpaved road.. restaurant area 200 m from where we slept up very steep wooden stairs in a dark room with hard wooden bed and in adequate bathroom. We were given some refund on our original booking .. not sure what the issue was as only little English spoken. The whole of Otres area has been taken over by Chinese developers and apart from the beach is very ugly, untidy and full of half built monsters!

Clean and nice personal even if they don't speak English. Nice pizza!

They clearly need to update their informations, on pictures you can see gas cooker and they call the room "studio" so you can imagine a little kitchen.. But you are not allowed to cook in the room, even if there is a sink, plates, etc.. And I didn't like they asking to pay in the middle of our stay (knocking at our room at 7pm).

The best place ever. Good price, friendly staff, a great location, special atmosphere. They have an amazing Italian restaurant. We had an unforgettable vacation there. I would like to come back one more time.

Old building, refitted and everything worked well. quiet location slept well. Italian boss. best pizza I had in Cambodia. friendly staff. 750m off the Otres beach on a fast road. very clean

Wow. Wish we'd stayed longer instead of using the place as a stopover before the Islands. Fantastic friendly welcome. Staff are so nice. Restaurant food is excellent and great quality and beer is cold. Well stocked bar. Nice pool with lots of sunbeds.

Bathrooms a bit smelly due to poor drainage.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped for a room without a kitchen. A sink, a refrigerator, a kettle, some accessories. Free water, coffee and tea. Reliable wifi and AC.

The surrounding area is a big construction site. Google Maps are not up to date. The restaurant has been moved to New Papa Pippo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pappa Pippo. It had a real family feel and the staff was all so nice. we loved the dog Vincent who welcomed us every time we returned. The food is also great, we thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas! it’s a bit out of the centre of the town but still easy to get a taxi.

The facilities us like we are inside a natural resort even its a small area but very beautifully maintained

Its located in a bit interior and is difficult to come outside of that location to the main road

A bit noisy cos of some poultry animal at the property. The rooster wouldn’t stop making noise all over the night. Light sleepers may have a hard time sleeping.
