Beautiful home, landscaping, spotlessly clean, and great pier/ waterfront living. Home was perfect for us, our adult children and their spouses(6 of us in total). Fantastic sunsets over the Magothy River, lots of waterfowl (including an eagle). Kitchen and relaxing spaces were great, beds very comfortable, and home is beautifully decorated as well. An easy five stars!

We had a group of 5 adults which were mostly family. We picked this house because it looked so pretty, had the right of bedrooms and bathrooms and mostly because of private dock on the river.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at Diana's beautiful property. We are a group of six who have been friends for over 35 years and have taken many trips together, and this was one of the best. From the warm welcome of the owner to the beauty of the property itself, we loved everything about our stay and cannot recommend it highly enough.

We spent a long weekend at Diana’s house and it was wonderful, spacious & comfortable. What sets this house from the rest is it’s not a vacation home, it’s Dianas house. In recent years with the growth of short term rentals we’ve grown accustom to ikea furniture and cheap “run of the mill” decor. At Diana’s you immediately realize this is not that. You walk into a sprawling downstairs with a grand piano, stocked gourmet kitchen, floor to ceiling windows (with river view). The master bedroom is like something out of a movie king size power lifting bed, cathedral ceilings and a master bathroom the size of a NYC apartment. The outdoor space is amazing and is another way this house is set apart from other rentals. Her garden area is wonderfully set up. I myself enjoyed it, the wives of our group were captivated by her eye for design. It truly feels like an oasis out by the river. The SUPs and kayaks made for a great time. The house is still in the No wake zone so plenty of safe & fun areas to explore. Unfortunately, we left the kayaks on the beach over night and the tide swept one away. We coordinated with Diana and she was more than accommodating as we worked to replace it for her. Moral of the story if you use the kayaks & SUPs be sure to bring them back on the dock so you can still have fun with them the next day! Overall it was fantastic and I’d definitely rent Diana’s home again. You can’t beat the location, price, comfort & hospitality she offers

Diana’s place was perfect! My friends and I had an awesome weekend at her place and in Annapolis. Everything was as expected and I would highly recommend her place. We were able to swim off the dock and the water was gorgeous.

A wonderful home on the Severna River, with a long dock out to the water and a lovely patio with table, chairs, and umbrella close to the house. We so enjoyed the peaceful stay, hanging out on the dock or in the kitchen. Diana is a wonderful host, the house is fully stocked, impeccably clean and comfortable. 20 minutes from Annapolis, near lots of waterfront restaurants. We'd stay again in a second.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home on the Magothy River. The spectacular views from inside the home as well as the patio and pier were breathtaking. This has become our new favorite place. The Owner is kind, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. She is a gem!

Diana is an excellent host. The house and property were clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and quiet yet close to Annapolis and all it has to offer. The interior living and dining space was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 adults to linger inside, but we spent most of our time outside taking full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks during the day and the fire pit on the dock in the evening.

Enjoyed kayaking and boat watching. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the pier in lovely Adirondack chairs.

Diana’s home is lovely and warm. It was a pleasure to stay there and enjoy being on the water. Our favorite part was hanging out on the dock and using the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Just what we were looking for!

Diana's home is beautiful and very spacious. Very comfortable to stay here with family. Easy access to the water via the small beach, so you can launch their kayaks or paddle board. We spent a lot of time out on the dock enjoying the view and location.

Dianas house was the perfect getaway for our group of friends visiting Maryland to celebrate a wedding nearby. Her house is spacious, well decorated, and contained all the amenities needed for a stay. The location was extremely convenient being located right between Baltimore and Annapolis. It was about a 20 min drive to the airport for us in the morning. The property location itself is unrivaled being located on a river that feeds into the Chesapeake Bay. The house also contained paddle boards and kayaks which I would of loved to use if we had more time. Overall, this is one of the best rentals Ive ever stayed in and an incredible value considering how special the location and home is. Diana was also a great host spending time with me over the phone going over the home before our arrival.

This property is stunning inside and out! We didn't leave the property the whole weekend. The space is ideal for family time together for meals, games, hanging out and relaxing. We spent much of our time on the dock -we had great weather. Some of us swam off the dock and the water was clean. We especially loved the sunrises! We also enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor rocking chairs. We planned to paddle board, kayak, bike... but we just enjoyed hanging out the whole time. It was a relaxing and wonderfully memorable weekend for our family which included adult kids, a 3 month old and me. This home is like a slice of heaven!

We had a wonderful time staying at Diana’s lovely home. It had everything you’d ever want for a peaceful and restful getaway. The house is very clean, well appointed, and has an absolutely amazing view! Really happy with this place - so many wonderful memories were made here.

Diana was a great host! She was very communicative leading up to arrival and very responsive when we had any questions. Her house is beautiful, the neighborhood is great and her neighbors are super nice too! We hope to stay there again!

Contact with Diana was very easy and she was so helpful with everything. House had all you need especially for activities on the river. Had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

Would highly recommend staying at Diana's place when visiting Annapolis. Sitting on the deck overlooking the Magothy River cannot be beat, and none of us wanted to leave.

Our family had a great time in this beautiful home. Both beautifully decorated and quite comfortable, this house is a great place to spend time. The waterfront location is exceptional and the general location of Severna Park is extremely convenient. Close to Annapolis and located within an easy drive to both Baltimore and Washington we ended up doing activities in both cities due to poor weather during our visit which kept us from enjoying the outdoors more. A great find for someone looking for a family vacation in the Northeast.

I just fell in love with this property. The views are amazing and the house was warm and welcoming. There’s something just so relaxing about waking up every morning and having coffee while taking in all the beautiful views. I will definitely stay again!
