We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as promised. The property manager contacted us prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and offered to give us local recommendations.
House rules were reasonable and the check out procedure was a breeze. We'll definitely consider stay here in the future.

Sean’s house is really nice, comfortable, clean and convenient! We’ve stayed in several houses in Coral Lagoon, and this is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and we will be booking this one again. Great view as well!

8 of us stayed at the house to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Easy to get to, great amenities, and an hour from Key West made our stay perfect! Cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and used the grill on the back porch. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again without hesitation!

I can’t say enough about our stay. The location was great. Even though we were right off of US 1, our villa was very quiet and we had no traffic noise. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching boating / kayaking activity. We even saw a dolphin. The villa was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Whenever I reached out to Sean, he was VERY responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay, and in the future we will certainly stay again.

We were so happy with our stay in Marathon - Key West. This property is beautiful and managed extremely well. We had no issues with the property. Our communication with Sean was professional and he helped us with any questions we had. The pool at this property was amazing & well kept. One of the many reasons we will be back.

Very clean, well-stocked rental unit. Owner easy to reach for any questions, very helpful, great communication. It was so helpful to have a notebook there so we could look at recommendations for area attractions and restaurants among other house rules and instructions that were well spelled out. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were truly excellent. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet location in the middle of the keys. We really enjoyed and relaxed on the front porch. Would highly recommend this property!

Our stay in this perfect townhouse was excellent. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the necessary appliances and gadgets. The owner answered our questions immediately and everything went smoothly. The property is situated next to canals and marina and has a beautiful view from the lower and upper deck. We would like to go back.

The location of the townhouse is perfect. minutes from everything in Marathon. The townhouse was very clean with great views of the water especially from the second story balcony.
The property owner was terrific.
We werent ready to leave and wanted an extra day and the owner was able to rearrange the schedule for the next day to allow us to stay one extra day on short notice. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I just returned from a 4-night stay at this lovely home in Marathon. The kitchen is very well equipped - plenty of pots and pans for cooking, lots of plates and bowls, and a coffee station with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker (stocked with coffee pods, ground coffee, filters, and sugar).
The house has 2 decks - 1 off the living room and another one off the master bedroom. Both are great for reading books and drinking coffee. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are adequately sized.
The owner is great to work with. We had a small issue with the hot water heater the day we arrived. I messaged him at 11 PM figuring he was already asleep. I was pleasantly surprised when he responded right away! He told me what to check...and within a few minutes we were able to take nice hot showers.
If our travels ever take us back to Marathon, this will be the first place I check for availability!

We have stayed at Coral Lagoon several times but this was our first in this town home. It has many nice updates and was extremely clean. We had a few questions and the prompt replies / proactive communication by the manager and owner were better than any VRBO we've rented to date. The view from this unit is wonderful. You can see the ocean and sunrise from the lower and upper porches, as well as the leisure boats coming in and out from the marina next door. We also saw three matinees. We've already booked it again for next year!

This rental was extremely clean and all the beds comfortable. The host, Sean, is very accommodating and the location is great. While relaxing on the porches, we saw manatees and even an iguana swimming! It was such a treat having so many essentials well stocked as well. Highly recommend!

This house location was perfect, nice calm area and beautiful views from the porch and master balcony over looking the canal. Sean was great and checked in to make sure all was well during our stay. Provided cornhole boards which was a great touch as well as a TV in each room when you had to get out of the sun.
The community pool was like an oversized hot tub which was amazing as well.
Definitely check out the Curly’s Coffee and Marina shop down the street about a half mile.

Accommodations were clean, spacious and quiet. Kitchen was nice and family room and deck were great for socializing. Pool was clean and refreshing. Easy access to ocean or gulf and boat slip availability at marina a big plus.

Lots to do on Marathon.
We celebrated my daughter in laws 50th BD. We all had so much fun. Some went fishing a few times, others were also out on a catamaran as a group for a sunset said in honor of the birthday girl. That was so lovely Six went deep sea fishing and caught mani mahi and tuna and 1 wahoo. We all went out to dinner that evening with the catch of the day and the restaurant cook it for us. A very delicious meal indeed
. Thank you fisher people, one of which was my granddaughter. She did a fine job reeling in 2 mahi mahi for her very first time at deep sea fishing.

Beautiful locale, centrally located
The owner kept in touch with the group prior to and during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. The unit is comfortable and clean, the view is serene. It is located close enough to any activities you would want to enjoy in the Florida Keys. The owner provided an inclusive list of activities and restaurants in the area to help with our choices. The unit is well stocked with supplies to make sure your stay lacks for nothing. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Trip! Condo was better than advertised, had needed amenities and the pool was a hit. Sean was responsive to questions and addressed any issues we had. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Marathon if you are looking to boat or not.

Quiet, comfortable, beautiful location and property. Within walking distance to many things and in about the middle of the Keys to make driving to other things easy. Nice pool area. Most responsive and friendly owner we have ever rented from.
