Beautiful home! Beautiful property. Very clean. It was easy to fall in love with this place. Great views day or night from the rooftop. Location is great! Away from the chaos and bustling of town, but only about five to ten minutes from most venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was the perfect location for taking my parents to mark Port A off their bucket list. We spent a lot of time up on the 4th floor where you can see the ocean from one side and the bay from the other. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great! The elevator was a life saver for my 84 year old Mom. And a big thank you to the cleaning lady and the host for finding my Moms necklace she forgot and mailing it to her. It was a relaxing trip!

This was a wonderful house! The customer service was the best I have experienced. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!!

Love the off the beaten path but close to everything location. Great for the fishermen to park the boat in a slip and the beachgoers to hop on the golf cart and head to the beach.

If you like views & convenient access to boarding a boat, look no further! The marina at Island Moorings is so convenient to keep our boat overnight at this condo, and the top deck views….especially of sunset….cannot be topped. This condo is very well-decorated, and the TVs are HUGE!!!

The condo was absolutely stunning and very clean. The elevator was so nice as it was an alternative if you had coolers/groceries/luggage or didn't feel like a major cardio workout. Bedrooms were really nice had everything we needed. The hot tub wasn't functioning correctly when we arrived, but Erinn made sure it was taken care of promptly and continued to check in to make sure it was still working. She was a pleasure to work with, was very responsive, and is just a generally nice person. Overall a very lovely stay!

The property was outstanding. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Everyone in the family had a great time. Would definitely return.

Great contact with owner. Rooftop deck has so much function with seating, grill, propane firepit, swings under a polycarbonate covered pergola. Not to mention a picnic table, outdoor shower, and private hot tub with amazing views of marina and airport. Kitchen has ample counter top space and high end appliances, kitchen ware, and utensils. Each balcony and porch has comfortable seating to enjoy. All beds are comfortable with soft sheets. No complaints....10 out of 10

We absolutely loved staying in this condo unit, it had an amazing layout, beautiful views and a perfect location! The decorations were very modern and had all the amenities you needed to feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Port A.

I wish I could lie and say this place is horrible so no one else would go. But it is just fantastic!

We were able to enjoy the multiple great views and were lucky enough to see dolphins! Had a great time and private elevator made it super easy for my father with knee problems to get around. Thanks for a great winter vacation!

We stayed Xmas-NY. All beds solid and comfortable, variety of pillow types, throw blankets, bath with separate beach towels and ceiling fans throughout. Fully supplied kitchen, grocery store close by w/reasonable prices. Walked to the beach. Pier costs $3. Rented 6 person golf cart $75. Sunset dolphins cruise and bay fishing. 5g internet. Walked the harbor docks. Enjoyed 6 person hot tub, and loved the outdoor sitting area with gas fire. Kichen easy with multiple cooks. Watched movies on big tv and relaxed. We are from the midwest so we enjoyed the community non heated pool and hot tub. Wished the office next door rented kayaks to enjoy the bay, otherwise everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the location, view, and the layout of the rental.

Location was perfect. Condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen essentials. Only bad thing would be the refrigerator sensor for the ice would only trigger the water ti come out instead. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean, and fire pit had plenty of propane.

We stayed with the family for 13 nights and had an amazing vacation. The views from every balcony were something out of a magazine, especially for sunrises and sets. We were able to park the boat near by on the water which made fishing trips a breeze. The rooftop Jacuzzi, cook station and fire pit were a welcome addition for the family. The kitchen was well stocked and will make even the most ambitious cook feel right at home. Communication with Erinn was excellent, we did reach out regarding a few items and she was quick to respond to all of our needs. We truly felt at home here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Rooftop oasis is the best!!

All 4 levels are warm and welcoming. Very well done but not to the point you can’t feel at home. We loved the upstairs balcony and spent every morning and evening enjoying the views. Everything we needed was there. Erinn was easy to contact and more than willing to do anything needed. We enjoyed the area near the marina. Very quiet for Port A. Access to the beach and 11th street for golf carts made the location as good as anywhere we have stayed on the island. We appreciate we were able to stay there and home to again on future trips.

My family stayed here for 5 days in late July. Our group ranged from 3 years old to 74 years old. We really enjoyed our stay and thought this place was really nice. We are definitely considering booking here in the future! (We also took a picture of the info for the owners’ others properties so we can look into those too.) We loved the elevator and it was really key for my dad to enjoy the place (he has bad knees and has difficulty climbing stairs). The elevator was also wonderful for bringing up groceries to the kitchen on the third level of the home. The decks have very nice views of the marina and awesome outdoor furniture in really good condition. We spent a lot of time out on the decks in the morning and evening. The marina is very quiet and we didn’t hear the other units at all. The interior had comfortable furniture and beds in great condition. The table was plenty big for our group of 7. The home was very cool, comfortable, and spacious. We liked the automatic blinds, bedside USB chargers, and hampers in every room. The rooftop level was pretty amazing with a nice table, swing chairs, additional seating, hot tub, and views! We liked watching the airplanes at the small airport next door. Airport noise was never an issue. It was a very short walk across the parking strip to the community pool and hot tub. These were fun, never crowded, and we swam in them two or three times. Some issues: There were some ants on the top level because the trash can had not been emptied by the previous renters, but there was ant spray provided to remedy the problem. We had an issue with the hot tub being dirty from the previous renters. The owner was very responsive but the local hot tub person didn’t remedy this fully until 4 days into our stay. Still, we got to enjoy the hot tub at the end of our stay and it was really nice. This wouldn’t prevent us from returning. Also, the propane tank was empty for the gas fire pit. We didn’t realize this until a couple of days in and the house rules say that renters should refill the empty tank (owner will reimburse with receipt). We opted not to refill it but just something for future renters to be aware of—you might want to check this at the beginning of your stay so you are good to go. Despite a few relatively minor issues, we really really enjoyed this place—the location, the views, the spaciousness, the elevator, the layout and amenities, and the owner responsiveness. We recommend this rental!!

Very Nice place. Only 2 small issues. We couldn't get the WiFi to work for us, and the door garage could only be opened from the inside (code would not open it from garage side). I plan to stay there again. Great!

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband brought his boat and we were able to dock at the marina right next to the property. House was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to cook. Rooftop jacuzzi was nice and we enjoyed spending our evenings hanging out up there. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect!! We saw the marina, airport, ocean, and even skydivers from the the rooftop and balconies. Perfect for a family with small children that go to bed early and offer views for the parents to enjoy.

Had an amazing time! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed for a family get together. The roof top area was the perfect setting to just relax with family. Erinn was fantastic ! I loved this place and highly recommend to anyone needing a vacation get away! Beach is close by.... It was an enjoyable experience! It just went by so fast!

This vacation rental was top notch! I celebrated my birthday with a girls weekend and it was the best birthday ever! This house is absolutely stunning and the views from the roof top deck... WOW! The owner takes great care of this house and the decor is just gorgeous. All the bedrooms were so comfy and the private decks on each floor made it even better. But the rooftop deck was the best. From the gas firepit, the outdoor grill, the swing chairs & then the hot tub, we spent every night up there. I highly recommend this house and all it has to offer.
