Good

The location, near the beach and the shops. Having kitchen facilities, sunbeds, umbrella and parking space.

Not as described- superior. Very much in need of an update. Shower leaked, toilet roll holder came off the wall, wardrobe handle came off too. It seemed dark and dingy. It had a great big veranda which hadn’t been swept but had no brush. The furniture on it needed replaced but didn’t matter as it was blocked by trees so never sat on it. Picture on website misleading as there was no view of the sea from our 1st floor apartment- maybe let this at a discounted rate and explain why.

The beach is close and nice. but I highly recommend you to go to piazza Mazzoni, for schoping and restaurants 🙂

The garden is completely missing, the staff is not so kind, Although the pool existed in the description that there was a pool where you can enjoy it for a fee, the receptionist was very acidic saying that even their customers are not having anough place. There is also a problem with parking, very tight and narrow and you can hit your car easily wanting to get out or enter the parking lot :(

Location

During chekin and checkout we got the feeling that we are treated as second hand clients. Problems with the private beach area: we stayed 7 nights/6 days but we got beach service included only for 5 days. In the last day we were refused the service by the beach administrator.

Great location just a few metres from the beach. The staff from hotel was very nice Good size balcony with Seaview Clean

Beds were uncomfortable I felt sorry for the kids who had to use the bunk beds Some smell issues through the kitchen hood from other apartments. Apparently bad design of kitchen ventilation Safe couldn't be locked.. Broken

The bunk bad for children was without fence on upper bad. Washing machine wasn't clean so we can't wash towels
