The location and building itself were amazing. As we were only there for a quick stopover I was not expecting much, but we were extremely pleased with the quality of the building and the access to the Malecon and beach. (It is right outside your door). Breakfast was very good, and the young man who was taking care of everything certainly was busy maintaining and helping us with any questions.

NOTHING about Black Point, but we were in Ballenita in the off-season so a lot of places weren't open.

This is a really good little spot. The bedroom was really nice and super clean. The guy working was super friendly and tolerable of my broken Spanish. Right on the beach so there are good views.

I would say the only thing would be maybe to have some seating somewhere inside and out as I would have liked to hang around a little later after check out.

The manager David is kind, accommodating and works everyday to ensure our stay is comfortable- The location is at the beach! A hammock is provided at the entry door/patio for lazy days. There is an en-suite kitchenette. Gas stovetop, mini fridge, sink, cabinets- enough kitchen cookware to prepare meals. The outdoor mercado to buy groceries is $2 taxi to La Libertad! The Malecon is beautiful! The neighborhood tiendas are easily accessible on foot.

The property appears to be in the process of upgrades. We stayed on the main floor. The apartments on the 2nd floor are remodeled and a better choice. The lower level unit we had was fine, but the bathroom and kitchen sink needs improving,,, disinfectant cleaning and upgrades. The beach ants are very tiny and get into everything. I highly recommend a mosquito net ! We did not have one and the sandflies bit at night. Being located at the Malecon and beside the public parking for beach access, the noise can be disturbing to some but we accepted this just fine.
