Enjoyed the geothermal pool, every staff member we met were friendly and gave excellent service, all the meals were good, the room was very comfortable and clean.

The staff were professional and friendly, the facilities provided simple serenity, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is just 20 min from Manizales! We took a taxi directly from the airport and it costs us USD 3. We loved to have dinner next to our private pool:)

The massages were not that great.

The Spa baths. If you book a room you have your own little bathtub outside. Best bed we had in Columbia. In the morning you have the Termales baths for yourself.

Restaurant is very basic. Compare to the baths low level with only basic food. They are doing some maintenance as well.

Not too far from Manizales or the airport. Beautiful location surrounded by lush plantation and near a river. The thermal pools were great, but if you want more privacy each room has its own private hot tub!

I liked the atmospher the pools the staff were really good. The food for lunch and dinner from the kitchen were excellent. The private hot tubs for the rooms were nice to have a good private romantic night with my girl.

The wifi was horrible. I had to use my data to make business whatsapp calls. I was not impressed by the service or the food at breakfast. I think some fresh fruit made to order eggs and bread could have gone a long way.

the bed, the private pool was incredible.

the breakfast is very poor. just egg and 1 mini arepa when they offer a incredible breakfast, does not make sense. they need to have few options for the clients. the price for the night is not Cheaper for a breakfast like that.

Everything is good

Pools are excellent. They continuously empty the pools and clean them.

The thermal pools are amazing

The room was great. There were huge windows for two sides and the stream below. Very close to the National Park with spectacular views.

The hot spring pool was very well maintained and clean. The rooms are modern and well equipped. It´s a small hotel but very nice and modern.
