Wonderful, professional and kind front of house staff- they went over and above to accommodate us. Massage was stunning. Loved the Sauna option too Beautiful views from every area and room has a lovely view over the gardens to the dam Nice to have an indoor pool- you book this privately for an hour (no extra pay) Stunning surroundings, central location. Short walk to the dam where you can swim and kayak Breakfast is simple, lunch and dinner is good. Thank you for the kind gift of wine for our honeymoon.

-The only thing I would strongly suggest is having toilet roll holders in all the bathrooms. Having the loo-roll on the toilet brush is unhygienic- something that can be fixed easily even with a stand alone loo-roll holder -Extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and hot water took quite some time to get to us, but didn't bother us. -Air con isn't very strong in the rooms.

the service was friendly, and the food was delicous! we did not really use the spa, therefore I cannot comment on the facilities. the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

it’s right on the most beautiful lake where you can swim or use the free kayaks. The pool was great, the room was comfortable and nice. we loved it!

Everything was great, clean and well organized. The view from the restaurant was astonishing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very clean and the area very quiet.

I think the price of the food was a bit too high for the level of food (which was very good, but not amazing as the price suggests). There should be more options for vegetarian people

Fantastic property. We stayed at "Casa do Moinho", very comfortable, beautiful setting with great views. The house is very well maintained and the staff is really nice. They really walk the extra mile to make you have a great stay!!!

Everything. The room was confortable, nice and quiet. Breakfast was very good, served at the table, everything was fresh and delicious. We also had dinner there and absolutly loved the food. The view at the restaurante was a great bonus. Actually, the view from the property is breathtaking.

Very good place for a short stay (either for couples or families with children). The place is very comfortable and clean. If you stay in the rooms next to the pool you may feel some lack of privacy, but it always depends on the time you want to spend in the room. Not the best breakfast ever, but overall I would say that the experience is good value for money.

Only the access inside the property, the road looks old and could be renovated.

After the first night at morning breakfast I felt there was lack of staff and also that it was controlled, too slow serving the food and not very carying. Also no sun umbrellas available on the swiming pool, we had a baby and without a shadow it was hard to use the pool as it was all day exposed to the sun. We also had ants attack on our room on babys bed, and the hotel staff after a complaint sent someone to clean the room and change the bed. Room cleaning was done everyday though very late, we asked for swiming pool toals at 12pm they were delivered 6pm, fortunatly we had brought our own toals. One of the days during our stay after asking the cleaning lady for pool towels we were told that the toals were not available since those were not back from laundry. Overall I would say that the staff lacks attention to guests.
