The property was designed to keep children entertained which it did! The view of the lake was spectacular. The property was very clean and accommodated 24 of us easily. We had a wonderful stay and will come back.

The property was as advertised. Close to the marina and lake. Property manager was excellent and prompt with communication through the entire experience. Our only complaint was with South Beach crowd. Thank you for the memories!

We loved staying here! We wish there was one more bigger bed rather than so many bunk beds but we made it work. The bathroom door upstairs is really hard to open and close. The sink downstairs drains pretty slow. We could have used some grilling tools and a griddle. It was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and backyard with the swings, slide, and tetherball. The view was so amazing! Definitely would recommend.

The view is the best part of the whole thing. It is lovely to sit out on the deck if it is not to hot and just enjoy the beauty of the lake. The kids loved the slide, swings and sport stuff inside. Our stay went very well and the management company was excellent. They were there every time we needed something, it was impressive.

What we really liked about this house was all the entertaining "toys." This kept the grandchildren busy when we were there. Swing Set, Tetherball, Horseshoes, Basketball back board, Long slide etc Inside the house there was a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, etc Also, plenty of dinnerware and extra fridge/freezer in garage.

Our stay at raspberry retreat was exceptional. The home exceeded my best hope and expectations for a clean, comfortable and entertaining property. We had 21 people of all ages and there were things to do for everyone. The management was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure everything was as it should be. I highly recommend this host and property

We had Thanksgiving and had a great time. The place was comfy and really nice. Lots of games for the kids and we especially loved the view and the hot tub!

Plenty of space, beds, linens, towels, big play things, etc.

The place was a great fit for our family reunion. It is well planned with open design for large groups. There were a lot of fun things to do on site and off site. We were glad that we had a place to sleep everyone. The second fridge in the garage was wonderful for a group our size. The view from the hot tub was amazing as well as the view from the family room. There was plenty of parking. It would have been good to have a couple of pitchers for drinks, more cutting boards (that would save the knives on the granite as they were really dull) and a colander. One crockpot doesn't work but the other one does. Little bars of soap for the shower would also be nice. Nice to have spices and things to cook with. It would be nice to have a 9V battery to put in the smoke alarm as it went off at 5:15 a.m. one morning and we were all running around trying to find the fire, which there wasn't one. It would have been great to only have to book 3 nights instead of having to book 4 nights, but it worked out. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us. Fife Family.

We had an outstanding stay for a group of 11 over four days and four nights. The bunk and king beds were comfortable, the kitchen was really well equipped, the bathrooms were clean and had excellent water pressure, the porches were big and had great outdoor furniture, and the swingset and indoor games for kids made for a GREAT time. Only thing I would change is to have high quality coffee there rather than the generic stuff, but we brought our own so no big deal. Highly recommend!!!

Raspbeary Retreat is an absolutely beautiful home. Clearly a new build with great decor and many things for children and adults of all ages to do including just relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean up requirements are minimal, but the house is so nice ya just want to keep it that way:) Walking distance to the marina.

This house was prefect. We stayed for a week with 25 people. The deck and before are amazing! The house is comfortable with lots of amenities. The swing set was a bit, even with the adults. There is an extra fridge in the garage, so we could hold lots of food. Management was quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Plenty of space, gorgeous view of the lake. Close to shopping, beach, and grocery store. Lots of fun things to do right at the home.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The location is awesome. The home has an amazing view of Bear Lake and is a short drive to everything in Garden City. There was plenty of room for everyone and tons of activities for the kids inside and outside of the home. We will definitely come again!

We had a great time at raspbeary retreat. The house was great & the view was spectacular, however it would have been great to have some outdoor chairs on the balcony & patio to enjoy the view even more. Thanks!

Beautiful View of Bear Lake, close to shopping, best Raspberry shakes in town and gift shops along with all the amazing beach resorts. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but everyone in our group had a most enjoyable time!

This big house had so many activities to entertain while there. We had 22 family members from age 8 to 68. We participated in horseshoes, basketball, TV for gaming, air hockey, putt-putt all at the house. The house was very clean when we arrived! We went to 2 beaches during our stay- one just a couple minutes away from the house and one about 30 minutes away (East Beach- we liked more). We rented a jet ski, kayaks and paddle board. In town, we had the raspberry shake, rode go-karts and e-bikes. Burgers and pizza in town were good, but we cooked most of our meals at the house…well stocked with what we needed. The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding another refrigerator (in the garage). Because we planned so many meals, we ran out of room in the fridge and had to use coolers. Perhaps add additional outside seating. Overall- a fantastic stay in the Raspbeary Retreat! Our 22 highly recommend ❤️

This was located right in between north and south of near lake and just down the street from food and activities. The property is well taken care of and has everything you need to enjoy your stay right in the home. The view is unbelievably beautiful and made our mornings and evenings a site to see. I cannot rave about this property more. If we do head to Bear Lake again, we will definitely stay at this property. Even the kids stated they want to come back and that says a lot given we go on a family vacation every year!

Great home with lots of activities included. My kids loved the air hockey and the putting green. Great location close to the lake and the community pool.

Besides the bedroom's setup, we liked plentiful parking space, independent upstairs AC, the size and arrangement of the common space, the under the stairs play nook, air hockey, b-ball, ping pong slide/swing, and putting green; this property worked well for our families that include children ages 1 through 11. We bought foil, sandwich/garbage bags, and bath soap at Mike's Market about a half mile away. We found the can opener was broken, so Julie brought one over for us.

Great property. Clean. Nice. Plenty of fun things for the kids to do. Easy access to all outdoor activities.

There were 26 of us at this house. Loved the view. There is plenty of room to park vehicles. There are plenty of options to seat everyone for meals. Very ample storage for food in the kitchen. There are quite a few spices and other cooking necessities provided just in case you forgot something for meal preparation. Lovely master bedroom and ensuite. One family slept in the 6th bedroom which just has bunk beds. The room is not enclosed. The play equipment kept our grandkids entertained: ping pong in the garage (we ended up not using the ping pong table after the first day, it was perfect for storing extra items for the boat and beach), the slide, tether ball, swings, air hockey, basket ball game, pool table, putting green. There are also horse shoe pits outside, we did not dare use them for fear that the horse shoes would bounce on the cement enclosure for each pit. We really enjoyed the community pool also. We rented a space at the state marina for our boat, so we just went down to take the boat out each day and the boat was safely stored there. The north beach is close enough to travel to. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. This is a beautiful, well kept, well organized, well stocked, fun place to stay. Not overly fancy, which is perfect for a group with young kids and teens.

The kids loved the many play options inside and out! Adults loved the many seating options for cards and lounging. Nice big kitchen. Only complaint is that the mattresses are the cheapest mattresses we have even slept on in a VRBO rental.
