Siamo entusiasti che JD e Tracy ci stiano trasmettendo il testimone alla fine di settembre 2019 e non vediamo l'ora di offrirti la stessa esperienza di Sassy Peach che conosci e ami negli anni a venire. " - Brandon - Ti consigliamo vivamente di catturare lo spirito di Sassy Peach e di essere trasportato nel tempo rilassante dell'isola. Svegliati e goditi la colazione sulla veranda privata. Passeggia verso le spiagge, il molo o il parco di Nettuno sotto il baldacchino del muschio spagnolo coperto di querce vive. Tu e i tuoi amici potete divertirvi a sguazzare in piscina. La piscina può essere riscaldata nei mesi più freddi con un supplemento (sostanzialmente il nostro costo per il riscaldamento). Si prega di chiedere se si desidera riscaldare la piscina. Oppure vai alle spiagge vicine. Di sera, cammina verso uno dei tanti ristoranti del Villaggio o metti tutti al lavoro nell'enorme cucina completamente attrezzata, cucinando Low Country Boil per l'intero clan! Per un dessert salta e passa a Moo Cow, il miglior gelato dell'isola, a pochi passi di distanza. Sassy Peach Cottage fonde fascino e spazio: 5 camere da letto / 5 bagni (con due master suite), cucina gourmet, incredibile sala grande dove l'intera famiglia può riunirsi. C'è anche molto spazio per attività separate, invia i bambini alla suite al 3 ° piano. La suite al terzo piano ha una camera familiare con TV / frigorifero / forno a microonde / giochi. Tutti e tre i livelli vantano portici privati con ventilatori a soffitto. È così facile rilassarsi, rallentare e annusare le azalee al tempo dell'isola. Che cosa è "Island Time", potresti pensare. Island Time è quel singolare occhiolino nel tempo in cui la tua anima sa che il paradiso si trova. Sai di aver (inesorabilmente e per il momento) lasciato alle spalle la corsa dei topi. Ti svegli ai suoni rilassanti del surf e del canto degli uccelli, piuttosto che al suono acuto di una sveglia. Loved the pool, it’s so nice that there is shade so much of the day. Easy walk to the beach and village. A few updates and repairs would make this a five star rental.

We loved our stay! Communication with owner was so fast! They were quick to fix any issues. We loved all of the bedrooms and the pool was amazing! We can’t wait to come back next year. One issue we noticed was a massive stain on our mattress in upstairs king bedroom (old pee possibly?) and the shower curtains were all moldy. However new curtains were brought over very quickly! Would love to see more hooks in the bathrooms and more clothing storage in the king bedroom second floor. Some minor maintenance on things like loose hooks and other fixtures would be good too. We totally understand that because of this rentals popularity, it gets back to back bookings so it’s usually always occupied! Overall, this was a great place and awesome location and we look forward to coming next summer.

This was our first time visiting St.Simons Island and Kaiti the owner was SO helpful. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all of my several questions but she was always SO nice and answered all of my questions and said I wasn’t bugging her, she’s just too sweet!!
Our house was perfect for our family! The third floor was wonderful for my niece and her family, they kept calling it their little apartment.
The house was very clean and the pool was so nice !!
I’ve rented several houses with VRBO and Kaiti and Brandon were, by far, the nicest and easiest to deal with !!

Our family spring break trip at the Sassy Peach Cottage was great. The house is very spacious! The heated pool was a huge hit with the children. Just a couple of suggestions for the owners. Repair the doors to the washer and dryer closet and a few of the kitchen cabinet drawers. A refresh of the pool furniture cushions and the grill is needed. Two outdoor garbage cans would have been nice. Other than that, the property is great and very centrally located. The linens and beach towels were nice. We loved our stay. The owners were responsive. We would rent this house again.

On the Island for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for the beach and the Pier Village. Easy walking distance to both! House was very clean and lots of space for everyone. Pool was a big hit with the kids! Would book again without hesitation. Brandon was great and very quick to responded when we had questions. Top Shelf VRBO!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there was a decorated Christmas Tree that gave the spirit and warmth of the season. The home was spacious and well equipped for our family of seven. It was a time to reflect on our lives and give thanks to God for all his many blessings. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were in SSI for our annual girl's trip. This house was perfect and fit our needs (each person got their own room), the beds were comfortable, most import to me! The location was even better... just park your car and walk.

The house is clean and roomy. Lots of space to stay close and hang out or spread out. We were excited to find out the pool was salt filtered due to a chlorine allergy in the group. We had a great time and loved our stay!

We have vacationed in several homes as a large family and agreed that Sassy Peach was one of our favorites. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the on line description was extremely accurate and maybe a little modest. This house has large bedrooms, large family areas, and a great location for our needs.
The kitchen was very well supplied, also. We definitely recommend this home if you are staying in this area.

6 adults, brothers and wives from cities around the state, found this to be the perfect place! Extremely comfortable, room to spread out, clean and just excellent for our group. Bigger than we actually needed as one couple ended up being unable to attend but still perfect in every way! The host couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Purely outstanding. Had not been to St.Simons in decades and it is just beautiful. This house and location is great for families - plenty to do right out the door. Would highly recommend the Sassy Peach and definitely hope to come back.

A++ This house is fantastic. The layout is very convenient for both a large family and/or a group of friends traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. The location is within walking distance of the restaurants in the village and also to the beach.

We had the best week at the Sassy Beach Cottage! The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, shops and the beach. The heated pool is such a nice asset to the property. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch in the evenings or sitting out by the pool or on one of the balconies. Would highly recommend this property!
