Benvenuti in #OurLittlePeace of Paradise !!!! Mentre entri in questa fantastica casa, WOW! sarà la prima cosa che ti viene in mente. Saprai immediatamente di aver preso la decisione giusta sul tuo alloggio. Entrando dalla porta principale vedrai immediatamente alcuni dei grandi servizi offerti da questa casa. Una grande sala, ampio soggiorno, una grande cucina con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e una splendida vista sulla vita all'aperto. Cammina dalla grande sala attraverso le porte scorrevoli in lanai di vetro fino alla rilassante area piscina privata completa di grill all'aperto, zona pranzo e area di intrattenimento. L'intera casa ha appena subito una completa ristrutturazione da parte di esperti nel settore della ristrutturazione e dell'ospitalità. The home is perfect, pictures dont do it justice. Home owners were available whem we needed help with something. We spend alot of time in the pool enjoying the sun. We will definitely rent this home again.

We spent the majority of our days hanging out in the entertainment-laden lanai, soaking up the sun in and by the pool. And evenings spent settled into the comfy couches. And though we didn’t need anything addressed by the owners, we knew they were a simple phone call away, and that they’d handle any issue quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe. Close to a grocery store and downtown Punta Gorda. What a great place to call “home” for a few weeks.

The house and amenities far exceeded our expectations. From the new kitchen, to the master bedroom and shower, to the pool and lanai, to several Alexa throughout the house, to being able to rent the Jeep. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to go back.

Stellar property and hosts!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Punta Gorda! Terry and Juana were exceptional hosts that thought of everything a family needed for a comfortable vacation in their immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated home. The pool and lanai area was so relaxing that there were days we didn’t feel the need to leave the house. Finally, our hosts were extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. As VRBO hosts ourselves, we feel that the Birds have definitely raised the bar in hosting. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing!

Nice get a way from the larger hotels
Located in very nice neighborhood. Just a 10 minute drive to all the bars & restaurants & harbor. Lots of things we didnt do, but will be back again soon
