Comfortable 2 bedroom Beach Home located on quiet street
Fuga tranquilla a soli 300 m dalla spiaggia in caratteristici condomini Oceanwood.
Casa con due camere da letto situata nel vicolo cieco di Wood Avenue vicino all'ingresso della spiaggia di Driftwood Drive. All'ingresso è una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici e zona pranzo per la colazione. Fuori dalla cucina è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice accatastate per il vostro uso. Al piano inferiore c'è un bagno completo con doccia. C'è una camera familiare con TV a grande schermo e zona pranzo. Ci piace molto lo spazio esterno ombreggiato da una tettoia di querce viventi. Questo è il posto perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia e grigliate. La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 6 persone in un letto matrimoniale (al piano superiore), due letti singoli (al piano superiore) e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno.
L'ospite avrà accesso a tutta la casa. Il parcheggio è situato all'ingresso anteriore e può ospitare 2 veicoli.

Excellent condo close to the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated- met our every need. My girlfriends and I love 4th of July week in SSI!

As a frequent vacationer on SSI, this property was our favorite. Location was superb, beach was one block away, and apartment was quiet. Unit was well-equipped. Only real issue was the Living room TV which was marginal. Will consider staying in this unit again.

Our dog enjoyed the fenced in patio with us. It was the perfect cozy get away location for us to escape the snow for a few weeks. The property manager, Alex, was very quick to respond. Our major complaint was that the mattresses on all of the beds were almost impossible to sleep on. They were extremely soft and lumpy. We got very little rest while we were there. I would suggest replaceing all of the mattresses.

Early Spring island visit
This townhouse is very comfortable and conveniently located. The back patio is nicely shaded by a large live oak tree and was great for outdoor meals and socializing.

Great location and house. Better than expected with everything we needed.
We arrived and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed for the trip and was closer to the beach than we thought. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We didn't even need to bring the usual extras like laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Full of anti-bacterial wipes as well to keep us COVID safe. We had a great stay and enjoyed the duplex very much. Easy to find. Close to the beach. Ice cold air conditioning. :-) Within bike rides to all the fun places. Great stay!

Great location
Our stay was overall great. Love the location, super easy with just my husband and two dogs. Had everything we needed. It’s a little outdated but it was fine for the price, location and needs. The only thing was that the sheets really were not clean. We found black hairs all over the pillows and sheets, and we are a blond family including our dogs! The king bed also isn’t the best but doable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size, meticulously cleaned, small size family home at the end of the street with few 100 steps to the east beach.
