Die zentrale Lage des Apartments ist toll. Auch die Größe ist überraschend und die Matratzen waren okay.

Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil kaputt, das Sofa sehr dreckig. Hoher Geräuschpegel von der Gastronomie im Erdgeschoss. Zudem: Alles vermittelt den Eindruck, dass Gäste dem Anbieter absolut egal sind.

Location was great but being above one of the piazzas it was very noisy. But ear plugs will fix that. Near station very easy access and easy access to every thing.

Location was excellent, within the walls and walking distance to plenty of restaurants (including right outside the front door) and sites of interest. Also plenty of parking options too. The property itself is sizeable and the kitchen is well equipped. There is only one shower and toilet. They set up a cot for the toddler which was very helpful too.

Given how hot the weather was it would have been much more comfortable with air-con or fans for each of the rooms. We ended up buying fans for the second night (we bought them home with us). Also paying extra for towels that were of poor quality. Be warned it is very noisy in the evenings (bar and restaurants outside are open until late - past midnight) but not so noisy when the windows are closed. Also the street lighting stays on all night as well so the corner room gets light all night unless you close the windows.

The location is very convenient.

There is no parking despite the property being advertised as such. The nearest car park is a few minutes away but costs EUR24.00 per day to park. Free parking spaces outside the city are too far and inconvenient. The hosts charged EUR20.00 for linen for 1 bed plus cost of electricity/gas. This is unacceptable. Don’t stay on a Saturday unless you want (literally) hundreds of teenagers outside your windows until 4am. The apartment is furnished cheaply, from IKEA. It really let the place down.

If you have heavy bags you'll need to carry them up the stairs, but that's normal in Italy Cockroaches were visiting us from the streets And of course it's ridiculous you pay for the linen extra cash, who carries their linen when they travel?
