Good location and facilities for budget minded travelers. Very nice owners and staff were especially helpful even during their Ramadan holiday when most businesses closed.
Mosquitoes were plentiful. It's an older budget hotel, not a resort. You get what you pay for in Indonesia.

Great location and just a short walk into the main part of Malioboro. Good for money. Room was simple.

It was overall a nice stay, nice staff.
The bedrooms were too basic and actually not that clean. A lot of ants, and the walls were so dirty…

The room is old, not properly clean, a lot of mosquitos, no bed sheets were provided, very noise and in proximity of a Mosque so the morning prayer is very loud. We stayed one night and we left. Not recommended even for the price.

Water refill at any time. Coffee and tea from 7:00-10:00 and 17:00-20:00. Possibility to rent motorbike. Comfy beds. Near to train station.
Dirty duvets, they don't seem to wash them after every guest. So they gave us 3 dirty ones and then finally a brown blanket that seemed to have been just washed. At least they cared to keep us happy.
Toilets smell bad.

Staff is great! Room is good for the price. They have cheap scooter rental as well.
Local guests can be very noisy in the early morning.

Nothing much comment about this hotel, overall are great. The location is great, near to go to the city. Kids friendly since the space of room is huge neither the surround area. Great for the family to stay. Friendly staff..
The unsatifaction is the shower head of toilet is not running well, the charges fee of transit hotel is too expensive, double price from other hotel. Rp25,000 per hours even though get discount an hour but waoting for 7 hours cost you Rp150,000. If they make all what i suggest then is a perfect hotel to stay.

Staff were friendly and booked us a car for the day to see the temples at very reasonable price, as well as helped us buy tickets for the ballet. Free tea and coffee in the kitchen area, and a man came by every morning selling donuts :)
For the price, an excellent budget option.
Some ants in the bathroom, but not a big issue.
Nearby mosque is quite loud, starting at 430am everyday.

the room is clean, tidy, and spacious and the bathroom is also very clean.
There are no closet to store bags and clothes. Also, they only provide two hangers. To store some stuffs, there are only small drawers beside the mattress.

This is a nice inexpensive place to stay for a few nights. Quite good location, very clean, free water / tea / coffee, friendly personnel.
As mentioned by others, there is no hot water but it was not really a problem because the water is the shower was not ice cold, it was quite ok.
