The location was so good! We went to the beach everyday, it took like 2~3 minutes. There's a lot of suvenier markets and restaurants. And the accomodation is super great and the host is very kind and nice.

-The towels were clean but smelled like mold or tobacco. The towels were very old and should have been thrown away by now. Not white, but a dirty gray color. The apartment manager offered to replace the towels for 10 euros. - The manager called at 7:20 a.m. (!!!) on the phone to find out what time we were going to check out of the hotel. - In the hallway inside of apartments, there is a security camera with a motion sensor that beeps loudly when someone passes through. - The lock does not close in the bathroom, but there is a bolt at the top. It's not immediately clear. There is a useless key in the door for some reason. - There is no trash can in the room. - The blinds on the window don't go all the way down, the lowering device is broken. No thick night curtains, only see-through curtains. Since there is a bright light from the street lights at night, it gets into the room as well.

Very friendly host. The apartment has all you will need during your stay, including a washing machine and a hair dryer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I recommend it.

It might be hard for people to find the location of the apartment if you don't pay attention to the video instructions they provide. There is a little bit of noise coming from one machine that's outside, but it shouldn't affect how you sleep.

The location was excellent, the accommodation was very clean and had all the facilities you need for a home from home experience, I would like to mention Vass, he was very welcoming on our arrival, communication was excellent throughout the whole experience from booking, during the holiday and on our departure.

To be honest nothing really, some people might feel the need to complain but we have stayed at a number of different accommodations in the centre of old town Albufeira and HOA is a typical example of what you should expect, quite old and established properties which in many ways are different from each other, that's part of the experience of visiting such a town.

The House of Arch is an extremely well maintained, clean, spacious apartment in the best location in the centre of of the Old Town of Albufeira. The WIFI and other facilities are excellent. Special mention should be made of the Host, Gajer, who couldn't have been more helpful.

Only thing to be aware of are the stairs up to the Apartment which could be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. However, this is made very very clear on the information provided on Booking.com

Whoops, wrong way round . Nothing to complain about. Only the stairs , but hayyyy . It's Nothing.

It was very well situated. Short walk home from all bars and beach.everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Great large balcony. English tvs in all rooms . Vast, the house manager simple cannot do enough for you . Always only a phone call away . We will be definitely using the apartment again, highly recommended 👌

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment with everything you could possiblely need, the smart tvs in bedrooms was an added bonus to relax with bad hangover, the host Gajer was so nice and kind litterly couldn't do enough for us top man
