Very clean and the location was excellent. I also loved the 24hr bakery across from it.
The sleeper sofa is not comfortable at all. I recommend not listing it as an optional bed.

Good location, large apartment.
A bit noisy at evening, night. Some tiles on second floor were shaky.

The property is in an acceptional location in the square around Morosini Fountain. I loved how easy it was to access the property keys, and the look of the property was nice.
The property shouldn't be advertised for more than four occupants. The convertible sofa in the living room was so small it barely fit my pre-teen kids (and wasn't comfortable for them). Also, the lighting in the upstairs bathroom is very dim, making it difficult to actually get ready for the day in there.

Lovely central location, convenient for everything in the city. Great views from the balconies over the bustle of the oldest and pedestrianised part of town. The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings. It was nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped with crockery, pans etc. The beds were comfortable.
It would have been nice for the apartment to contain some basic cooking ingredients and tea/coffee. We had to buy salt and pepper, oil etc for a four-day stay. No washing powder; only a single dishwasher tablet...
The wet rooms get very slippery after use.

Location was perfect. Just steps away from everything.
Very basic. No coffee, tea, detergent, and supplies one normally expects in an apartment. Not even second roll of toilet paper. It’s obvious that this is a company run place as there is no personal touch.

there was a known issue with the AC unit leaking to property below. Hopefully this has been taken care of by now.

Very good location in city center and good wifi connection. Very comfortable beds. Very simpel and comfortable non-contact check-in-out system :)
Windows could be a little bit more soundproof. Unfortunately the couch was a little bit of uncomfortable for sleeping. There should be additional toilet paper rolls available.

It has two bathrooms and have laundry which very convenient.
Parking is a issue. It is locate around all restaurants and street is blocked to drive in. So upload the luggage’s is little difficulty.

In the heart of Heraklion
Showers were open in the middle of the bathroom; no shower boxes were present. We booked for 5 but linen and bed sheets were only for 4 and; the apartment was at the first floor on the main plaza, very noisy till late.

It is a very authentic cretan flat in Heraklion. It is really in the heart of the city. A lot of bars and restaurants are in front it. The apartment ist modern very clean and very well equipped. We could get and drop off the key very easy and the owner was there for us for every kind of question. We just wanted to spend one night after our holiday before our early flight, and it was great choice, better than expected!
