Nuova casa del 2019 a cinque miglia dal centro di Grand Junction, dove c'è praticamente tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. Questa è una camera da letto, un bagno enorme con una doccia completa e una fantastica vasca idromassaggio, una cucina completa con tutto il necessario per fare una festa o semplicemente un pranzo al microonde. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e una cabina armadio. Il T. V. è basato su Internet e il WiFi funziona la maggior parte delle volte. Il divano si ripiega in un letto full size. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice e una sala giochi!

Nice home and very clean. The owner is super friendly and thoughtful offering everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and there’s a really great jetted bathtub!!! I would recommend this place for families with young children because they have horses, goats and ducks. Next trip I will check out the fire pit in the woods! Nice, relaxing stay! It would have been nice to have more separation from the owners home and dogs. Thanks for sharing your home! Good overall!

The owners were more than willing to show us around and meet all their pets, aka, horses and goats. We fed them, brushed them, and walked the property with them, all while being entertained by Dave! Super fun place to stay, and the house was cozy and perfectly suitable for this type of location!

The owners live on the same property nearby and were friendly and easy to reach. We often saw their horses out our windows, but the horses made no noise and were no problem. Full kitchen and washer/dryer.

Clean, country living. Host was fantastic, very pleasant and informative. House was very clean and had all amenities needed. If we ever vacation in Grand Junction again, this is the place we will definitely stay. EXCEPTIONAL!

We stayed here for one night with our two dogs. The place is clean, has a very comfy bed and a huge bathroom with a shower and a big tub. The dogs enjoyed roaming the large green space (fenced) around the house.
It was a pleasant stay! I would definitely recommend this place.

Dave was amazing, a really friendly host who genuinely enjoyed taking us over to brush the horses and feed peanuts to the goats and sheep. A great experience in many ways. And loved sitting on the porch swing, watching the grass and trees blow in the breeze.

We stayed for 5 nights, as we were in tow for a music festival. This place was wonderful! Very clean, and cozy! It felt very homey. I loved the porch swing in the mornings with my coffee, it was juts peaceful! We loved visiting the animals so much. The host alwas extremely friendly and helpful. If you are in Grand Junction and need a place to stay, this place is wonderful!! If we come back next year, we would love to stay again!!

Dave & Kerry were fantastic hosts. My 5 yr old especially loved the farm and loved feeding the animals. They were extremely welcoming. We’d definitely come back!

We had a quick 1 night stop on our way north but we really enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed with our stay. Private location, an oasis in the city that is close to everything in Grand Jct. More space than we expected in the house, tons of space outside for our kids to roam. Loved petting the horses and feeding the goats. House cooled down real fast which was great after sitting through outdoor graduation at CMU, and the bed was super comfy.

Being as my husband is a farmer, this place was absolutely perfect for us! The owner gave us the low down on the horses, the geese, the goats, the sheep. Our daughter even got to milk a goat!
The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO, but be warned, I like firm mattresses.
The parking is extremely ample, so if you have multiple cars or need to bring a toy hauler, this is the spot!
Owner was extremely friendly and chatty…felt us out to make sure we were chatty too. He would definitely respect quiet types that keep to themselves.
It was wonderful waking up and looking out onto a farm field yet be so close to all of the amenities of town while on holiday.
We will be back very soon!

Lovely stay at Tres Chivos! Great communication, very clean and property was as good as described/pictured. Nicely equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Fun times in Grand Junction (beautiful hiking, Escape Room and dinner at Peche' in Palisade.) Thank you for a great time!

I am from out-of-town and in a wheelchair for the time being. We traveled here for medical treatment and this was a great set-up with a homey, country feel! It was very easy to independently move about in my chair; maybe the best part was that the property is dog-friendly too…and ours loved this place! It’s part of an in-town yet private 5-acre hobby farm and was wonderful in all the ways that matter to us! Response time communicating with our friendly host was incredibly fast. We’ve already booked another stay for my next doctor visit!

Wonderful place to stay. This is our third time here, and it's always a great time. The hosts make us feel welcome and are available if needed. We were able to bring our grandkids over to visit us -- we all loved seeing the horses and goats. We were there for Christmas this year, and Dave even put up a Christmas tree for us! We highly recommend this place and will come here whenever we are in Grand Junction.

This is my new favorite place to stay while visiting Grand Junction. The home sits on a large parcel of land and is just as advertised: spacious, comfortable, peaceful and pet-friendly. The owner, Dave, was terrific to work with prior to and during my stay. His home sits on the same property but you are given your own space and privacy and are also allowed to explore the property. I really appreciated my interaction with Dave and it is clear he takes great pride in maintaining this rental home. The home is only a few miles from the center of Grand Junction and close to all that GJ has to offer. It was a great visit and I will definitely return. Thanks Dave!

Clean, quiet, and the animals are part of the good hospitality here. There is a lovely bunch of goats to visit and horses are right outside your breakfast nook window. So much better on all counts than a hotel suite!

Overall a great get away and vacation. House had everything and our dogs enjoyed running in the large yard. Dave, our host, was very very helpful and informative on beautiful places to go and visit, including places to eat. Dave definitely made it an enjoyable visit and we look forward to a return visit to see more site's and visit our new made friend.

Awesome experience staying in a home on a working farm! From being able to see the horses out of the kitchen window to sitting on the front porch swing, our stay was great! Home is extremely clean and has everything you need to accommodate your stay. Owners were very responsive and left clear instructions. Home is located not far from other things that you may need, including grocery stores, gas, and restaurants. If you are looking for a unique place of the beaten path, look no further! I highly recommend!

This place is simple and quiet. Lots of privacy and a very functional, clean and relaxing environment. The hosts were very kind and easily available if needed but we were lucky and our stay was wonderful and worry free.

My two dogs, my boyfriend and I were in town for the weekend. It was such a lovely retreat. I biked the monument and returned for R&R at this beautiful home. Feeling grateful.

We live in the Denver area and deal with traffic all of the time. It was wonderful sitting outside of our little house and only hearing the wind through the trees and the animals on the property. Our pups totally enjoyed their visit as well!
The kitchen was well stocked and our bed was very comfy. Would love to go back and stay again!
