Location convenient for our needs. Clean and comfortable interior.

Outside needs to be cleaned up, ie, cigarette butts, paint chips and trash was noticeable upon arrival. Back deck was visibly in poor condition. Overall, exterior is in need of some TLC.

Issues with leaky toilet and kitchen leaks

Good location

Pellet stove stopped working and the Vacasa customer service never replied when I notified them of the problem. It was 6 degrees outside and the only other heat source in the house was baseboard heaters. They were barely able to keep the house at 50 degrees in that weather. We ended up leaving early due to this and no support from the hosts at Vacasa at all even after multiple messages sent. They promised to reply from a manager and still haven’t heard back after an entire day after leaving

The location was cool, next to the mountains and the near reservoir. It was close to McCall but far enough away to have peace and quiet all day and night usually.

The screens on the windows had many holes, some of the windows would not open and close correctly. The house was very hot during the day.

I liked the fact that it was clean and I liked the fire pit.

I did not appreciate the fact that there was no coffee or sugar in the house. We had to go buy our own coffee which cost us $12.00 for the smallest canister of coffee you could ever imagine on the face of the Earth. Coffee, sugar, and a full canister of Coffee-Mate powdered coffee creamer should be provided so people don't have to go to the store to buy their own coffee, at a RIDICULOUS price after they arrive. I also think the coffee maker should be a dual coffee maker so you can use the carafe side for most of the people in the house, but if one person, like myself, wants another cup, then you don't have to make an entire carafe just for one person.

The only thing I would change is would have liked to be closer to town and the lake. But that was not the properties fault. That was my fault! The upstairs shower drains really slow but it was a minor issue.
