Questa casa del North Country si trova sul lago Ogontz. Ha una vista meravigliosa ed è immerso nella natura. Un luogo perfetto per portare tutta la famiglia, la sala comune è un grande spazio aperto per mangiare e rilassarsi. La casa è molto privata e isolata. Il camino e la stufa a legna offrono una meravigliosa atmosfera di montagna e calore quando lo si desidera. C'è uno spazio per il lancio di canoe o kayak nell'area di nuoto attraverso il lago. I sentieri ATV sono adiacenti alla casa e fanno il giro del lago. Pattinaggio sul ghiaccio e pesca sul ghiaccio sul lago sono meravigliose in inverno e lo sci è nelle vicinanze. Incredibile vista tutto l'anno, ma colori brillanti e panorami dell'area nella stagione del fogliame autunnale!
Lungo viaggio privato verso casa isolata con ampio parcheggio. Check in dopo le 14:00, check out entro le 10:00.

I have to agree with previous reviews. The pictures do not due this cabin justice. This is the perfect combination of mountains and lakeside living. It has beautiful views of the lake and hills beyond. It is peaceful and private, far away from the typical crowds and tourist areas, which we wanted. At night i could only see a few other lights over the lake. The beautiful fieldstone fireplace was a highlight. By the way is was already lit and ready for us when we arrived. The property owner was attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. And thank you for being dog friendly! The cabin was well equiped and has everything one would need for a stay. We will drfinitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet cabin in the woods. Love having a wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing. Spacious kitchen with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. Lots of space to spread out with a finished basement, although it was cold down there and only space heaters to provide heat.
Grocery store and Wal mart about 15 minutes away.

Beautiful, quiet pond. Perfect house for a large family or small group. Having the Ogontz resort nearby with all its amenities and friendly, helpful staff was a huge plus. You feel like you're really off the grid (literally - WiFi is pretty weak and sketchy and there's no cell service) but you're only 15 mins to Franconia or Littleton. Highly recommended!

This cabin is very secluded and beautiful inside and out. Because it is part of the Ogontz Resort, we had access to all the resort amenities including canoes, kayaks, wood burning hot tub, all the hiking trails and much more. The views from the house of the lake and mountains are serene.
As mentioned in previous reviews, the walk from the house down to the lake is rather steep but manageable. Although, this particular access to the water isn't suitable for swimming, it was easy to find spots for the dogs to jump in along the trails that surround the lake.
We used the large stone fireplace many times and had plenty of wood for that and the fire pit outside.
Overall it was a great experience and we will be returning. Don't forget your fishing pole...there are some monster bass in there!

4th of July Getaway

Amazing weekend get away
This property was amazing the house was clean and beautiful. We had 8 guys and plenty of space for activities and sleeping as well. I would 100 percent run to this house every year and csnt wait to come again. The lake was awesome and so wasn't the ice fishing thsnks again to the property owners and we r excited to rent from u again in the near future.

A cozy cabin with fireplace and all you need
We felt instantly cozy and at home in this spacious cabin. The fireplace was all set up for us when we arrived, and while we were only 3 people there would have been ample space for a larger group. Would love to come back!

Very easy VRBO experience, property manager friendly and easy to reach. The cabin was beautiful and on an amazing piece of property overlooking the lake. Kids had an amazing time playing in the snow! We felt the kitchen/dining area could have been cleaned a little better but it was nothing a quick wipe down by myself couldn't fix. Overall a great experience!

A Little Piece of Heaven
This is now our 2nd trip (last time in October) and we enjoy this place so much we have decided to make it a bi-annual trip. It was 0 degrees outside but the gigantic fireplace (with a plethora of wood on hand) kept us warm and cozy. Everyone from age 7 to 77 had such a memorable experience. Plenty of space to socially distance too! We will be back again and again!
