Rooms themselves were fine. The pool was nice. The staff made efforts to accommodate us.

I was not aware that the hotel was very far from the city centre, that is was for couples only and was not accessible by transit. The hotel is geared toward couples staying for no more than one night. Our neighbours were loud and preferred to party rather than sleep. The breakfast included in the room fees only begins at 9, which is not convenient for people who are touring or working. Lastly, the hotel plays music from early morning till late night in all the hallways and common spaces. The hotel is really meant for locals on very short stays.

The office staff were not friendly, not helpful and very slow to respond to my requests. example: It took five calls to the office and two hours before someone came to fix my television.
