Breakfast was bad. Not impressive at all compared to the room. Restaurant staff can put a lot more effort with a friendly attitude instead of watching off their closing time.

Really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, rice with some fish and salad, great way to start the day! Location for Skiing was the best in town. Gondola and ski slopes right across the street, literally 1~2min walk. My room was equipped with a washer / dryer, big refrigerator and stove for cooking, everything was perfect!

our stay in Fenix furano was an incredible experience. the location, view and room were out of this world. but what stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. they went out of their way to take care of our every need and made our stay very memorable.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and kept very clean. Everything worked as expected. The ski / boot room was convenient and kept our boots dry and warm. We were always able to park at the property which had easy access to ski locker room. Great location for skiing in Furano and Rhythm Sports are located in the same building.

We had breakfast on 2 of the 9 mornings as it didn't suit our taste. Would have appreciated more options for Western travellers. Fenix West has a coffee shop which serves great coffee and pastries, this would have suited our needs for breakfast and could be offered as an alternative option to the Japanese breakfast served at the Fenix. Reception staff were helpful but had limited local knowledge.

overall the location, environment and service was so nice. especially when my wife was injured after ski, the staff proactively offer to drive us to the clinic and offer translation for us. the hospitality is great!

The property was modern, very comfortable for the family with a washing machine, full kitchen utensils and condiments like salt, pepper, Nespresso capsules, green tea. Would definitely stay again.

Its a classy aparthotel and very clean. The kitchen is fully furnished. I especially liked the bed which was very comfortable.

There was no instructions in English on how to operate the washer and dryer.

Modern, designer apartments right in front of the Kitanomine Gondola Station. From our 5th floor 2-bed deluxe room, we had beautiful views overlooking Furano City and the Daisetsuzan mountain range. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to self cater so it's a great base for those that wish to be a little more independent. The general manager took care of all of our questions with patience and kindness. On-site car park was useful too. A wonderful stay.

It was a shame the restaurant was closed as we visited in the off season although the manager said he could arrange a buffet breakfast at a nearby hotel for an extra fee. Also, Booking.com suggested we had a master king bed for parents and two singles for the children, whereas the 2-bed deluxe apartment actually has a small box room with a double bed, and only the master can be split into twins.

Location was amazing as it was just across the road from the gondola. staff were very helpful with lift passes, dinner recommendations, booking taxis, lifts to the other gondola. The room and apartment were all finished to a high standard, nice and warm, comfortable and spacious. 2 onsen options are available within 3 minutes walk. For breakfast they provided a vegan option for one of our group :)

although most of us thought the breakfast was good, it wasn’t to some people’s taste who aren’t used to a more Japanese style breakfast. It was fresh, well made and plentiful and I really liked it :)

Very new, fully equipped with modern facilities and has a great location that was right across the street from kitanomine gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived just a few days before kitanomine side opened and the staff took good care of us taking us to the other side of the mountain everyday and ride us to dinner places in the town. We had a very pleasant stay. And breakfast was delicious!

Property is modern, clean, comfortable, and the manager and host were very professional and amicable. The manager took care of dinner reservations, provided feedback about Furano, and was proactive when there was property service needed. They speak English! Location is great! We were here during summer, but I can see how convenient would be during ski season with all amenities right at the footsteps of the building. Loved that the kitchen was well equipped for us to make some delicious meals, and the view of the mountain was very nice. The highlight was the customer support experience. We really felt like taken care off. They went far beyond their scope of work to make us feel welcomed. So thank you so much! 🙏🏼

It’s important to clarify: this is NOT a hotel, but rather an apartment service. This means, you have to bring food or make reservations in advance for your meals. Bring LOTS of water, they don’t provide this and the vending machine outside (in front of building) had the waters sold out. Even though they provided breakfast, we skipped it in our second day. We are westerners and they couldn’t accommodate a western meal. I’m sure for locals, the breakfast was delicious and fulfilling! They have a bar area and tables but not bartender or restaurant services. It could be because we were here during summer and may be considered off-season, but this was not clear in the reservation information. It was sad not to be able to unwind after a long day in the bar. So we brought our own drinks to the apartment and enjoyed them in our living space. Parking: there are only about 5-6 spots in the building. If you come late, you’ll have to park at a lot diagonal to the building. The property has a designated area on top of the hill next to the ski building. This may be ok for some, but for us, arriving so late from our tours I found it dark and buggy. You’ll need to use your phone light or a flashlight to find the steps to exit.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Kitanomine gondola. You just need to walk across the street and are already in the gondola building (there’s also a really good family-run coffee truck there). The building is new and nicely designed. The rooms are very comfortable with nice views and heaters for drying your clothes. The ski room with the boot dryer is super convenient too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple, but good.
