we had the ground floor room with front porch, good parking, amazing full english breakfast good choice of continental and coffee machine. staff were lovely and really helpful - we really enjoyed our stay:)

Just got back from a 2 night stay. Janice, Paul and both the other ladies I didn't catch thier names were lovely and friendly. Very helpful and also nothing was a bother to them! Clean hotel and room. Cosy feel to the hotel.. home away from home. Comfy bed. Lush view from room window of the river and countryside especially from the mini balcony when we opened our window wide open (Room 7 attic room). Only a short walk to eaither the main street or the beach. Breakfast was lovely and tastey. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you again for our stay.

Everything immaculate facilities and delicious breakfast, lovely staff who couldn't have been friendly and helpful.

nice location. room okay but a bit small. clean bathroom nice visitors lounge. But parking was a nightmare, having to use street parking which was a nuisance as I’m disabled. I sent an email beforehand saying I need space, but the breakfast chef seemed to get priority parking. breakfast staff was so loud she was louder than all the guests together. An uncomfortable breakfast experience for us.

lt was away from the main road in a quiet location overlooking the estuary. The bedroom was very nice and everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and the hot food cooked to order. The is also an upstairs lounge for the use of the guests that is very spacious and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful which is nice for a single traveler

The car park was quite small, but this wasn't an issue with careful manoeuvring.

Friendly staff, who are always helpful and accommodating and the location is amazing right, by the beach. Will definitely be looking to stay again 🙂

Off street parking a bonus. Good location for access to beach and river side walks. Very nice guest lounge and veranda.

Shortage of bathroom space - limited shelving; a hook behind the door would have been helpful. Heating system required Paul's attention.

The guest house was clean, quiet, and modern. Janice and Paul were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable about the local amenities.
