Cet hôtel a un charme qui correspond bien à l'ambiance générale de la ville.

Hôtel avec une situation géographique idéale pour visiter la ville. La décoration est soignée. Chambre avec vue sur le canal, spacieuse, très propre. Aucune nuisance sonore. Le personne était agréable et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié.

Great location, in the town but a quieter area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere .
Room was stylish but basic. USB sockets didn’t work. No kettle, iron etc.

Perfect location, pretty canal, quiet street but very easy reach of market square, restaurants, bars and shopping. Comfortable bed and room with relaxing view. Heavy blackout curtains, full length mirror, plenty of decent hangers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely old and interesting building. Bar and plenty of nice places to sit to enjoy a drink, inside and outside spaces.
Nice continental breakfast but would have liked some pastries on offer with this. Breakfast coffee and machine not nice but perhaps just not my taste. Decor in room very nice and minimalist but some peeling paint over bed. Swich for main light by door only. Hairdryer old and sticky, impractical and needs replacing. No kettle in room.

Vårt första rum, dubbelrum standard, vette INTE mot gården utan rakt ut mot en stensatt parkering.

Goede bedden en badkamer, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad, supernettes Personal, schöner Frühstücksraum mit sehr leckerem Frühstück mit Ei, Brötchen, leckerem Kaffee und perfekte Lage unmittelbar im Zentrum.
Zu meckern gibt es nicht. Nur ein Tipp: wer einen Parkplatz bucht und die Plätze sind ausgebucht, bekommt keine Bestätigung. Das bedeutet: kein Parkplatz am Haus, aber der Weg zur Grossgarage ist nicht weit und mann spart jeden Tag Geld für eine Portion belgischer Pommes. Ist doch ok - oder?

Het ontbijt was best lekker. De keuze was meer dan voldoende.
De tafels stonden te dicht bij elkaar.
De koffie kon beter. Het was een systeem met percolator. Een koffiemachine met meerdere keuzes( ook warme chocomelk, latte...) zou wel mogen...

Struttura rimasta casa vittoriana all' esterno, e dentro restaurata/ industrial, ma con il rispetto della Struttura. Vicino al centro.

A strange odour within the bathroom which did not go. Explanation was due to the canals and when it rains the smell comes back into the bathroom.

Room was a little tired looking, e.g. peeling paint on bathroom door and USB port didn't work.
No mirror in the bedroom, only in the bathroom which was inconvenient.

A day before I inform the hotel that we need to leave at 7:30 and if they can arrange something for us due to the fact that breakfast start at 08:00. They were not flexible at all. So we pay for something we didn’t get it.
Hotel inside its charming but very old, rooms was nice. For sure it doesn’t reflect the same pictures as on the site.
I will not choose it again.

Breakfast. As both a diabetic and gluten intolerant there was little I was able to eat. On the last two days of my stay even the eggs disappeared. Also the organisation of the buffet meant that people were constantly pushing past one another. Sadly, this is sufficient for me to be unlikely to stay at what was otherwise a vey nice property.

Lovely lady at the reception was super positive smiling welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and Location is good.
The walls between the rooms were really thin, i can hear the all noise from the other rooms..there was a family at the next door and i felt like the children play inside my room.
When i booked the room on booking, they promote the rooms as room with a view. At the end my view was just a garage and cars. That was really annoying.
