When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, we asked to change the room we had booked and she upgraded us to an executive room. We asked if she could book us a taxi to go to our venue that evening, which she did. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. We had a great nights sleep on comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, my only complaint would be the table we were seated as didn’t seem very clean, it was tacky and items stuck to it. Overall we had a great experience.

Cleanliness of the table at breakfast could be better, that is our only complaint.

The room had a beautiful view and was located in a quiet area so we could relax undisturbed. Victoria gave us excellent service promptly and efficiently, she ensured that all our needs were met. All of the staff in Crown plaza Hotel are friendly and helpful, I look forward to my next visit. 😀

Breakfast was lovely Staff very friendly

No atmosphere in the hotel or restaurant. No music, tables not set when we arrived. A meal was included in the deal but this was a 2 course only. No tea or coffee included. Little things missing that make a big difference. Meal package very poor. Outside of the hotel very poorly kept .
