Staff very nice. Efficient check in. Hotel clean. All working. Hotel well situated and was secured last minute during high travel time. Rooms a little small, but consistent with other older hotels I have stayed in Europe. Ok breakfast served at hotel; other options near to hotel for nominal fee.

The Hotel was well located and it was clean, those were the only good things about it.

The staff was very unpleasant while checking-in, then I get to my room to find a woman with her son sleeping in MY room. The shower in the bathroom has no door so a huge mess everyday and slippery risk.

I don’t think it was worth the money it was definitely not a 4 star hotel. we payed 4700 for two nights to get an sound proofed room but we could hear everything even though we upgraded to a superior room it was not good. the room was not clean the sofa stained and the bed. they only gave small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. what I disliked the most is that we choose this hotel specifically for the bathtub, in the pictures they show a big bathroom with a big bubble bath. but when we got there the bathtub was small and the bathroom as well and it looked nothing like the pictures and no bubble bath only a normal bathtub. plus they charge for water bottles 50 euros each bottle!

Location is great. Staff was super helpful. Overal we had a very very nice stay. We just want to say that 4 stars is too much for what you get. It's in the little details: breakfast area is very small so you might have to wait for your turn, the breakfast buffet is not huge but you get enough to eat and everything tastes just fine. The rooms are certainly not soundproof like in the description but this is the case for every hotel. The rooms are nice and cosy but the closets form your bags and clothes are quite small. So it's a nice cosy hotel with pleasant staff, it's just not 4 stars.
