Hotel comodo come posizione, a due passi da moltissimi servizi. Camera di dimensioni buone.
Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'hotel.

Excellent location and great views.
A bit of a walk to the main gondola.
4.3
Comfortable room, quiet location
Breakfast was cold , bacon had congealed fat as it was cold and eggs not hot also.
Didn’t eat at the restaurant as a result of not trusting the meals.
It may have simply been food differences between countries but this was my only disappointment.
Yoghurts were very good.
4.3
Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice of food. The bar and restaurant were warm and welcoming as were the staff. The rooms were comfortable, but are due a spring clean and some re-decorating. Small things really... The fridge needs replacing, I had to unplug mine. It was very noisy. the loo seat was coming off its base. Certainly nothing that bothered me enough to raise it with anyone. Simply an observation. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
4.3
Restaurant view was excellent and also the breakfast was excellent. It was quiet and away from noisy areas.
The pool was cold. Disappointed that the jacuzzi cost extra.
4.3
The staff are so helpful and friendly. The view from the Mountain Rooms is incredible, and the food is great.
I would expect use of the sauna and jacuzzi in a 4 star hotel to be free of additional charge to residents. The lounge could have been cosier.
4.3
The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and at breakfast were excellent - very polite. The front desk staff were also excellent and excellent location!
We had to pay to use the spa and could only book in at certain times so that wasn't great. The restaurant was a bit cold and breezy and the beds were very hard.
4.3
The room was beautiful, well maintained, clean, luxurious, without compromising privacy and a welcoming feel. The view from the room was wonderful to wake up to every day. The food at the hotel was exceptional (both in the morning for breakfast, and then in the evening for dinner). The staff at the hotel were welcoming, attentive, and caring. The ability to hire and store ski and snowboarding equipment on site was to the highest standard and we felt very well serviced for our ski/snowboarding holiday. The bar was welcoming with a good selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy after a day on the slopes.
4.3
Very smart hotel close to the slopes. Excellent restaurant and very nice staff restaurant had delicious food

Stunning hotel, what can I say, really easy to find, easy to park, have underground car parking for a reasonable cost. Reception was always polite, no matter what the question, they answered it, their English was good too, pretty useful when us English can’t speak French.
Lounge was comfortable and like a huge living room, warm (that’s nice) bar was open all the time and staff were always helpful and asked us to sit and they would bring drinks over.
Breakfast, where do I start, everything you could think of, all fresh, and even had a Chef (in uniform) and was stood waiting to make anything we wanted. I asked for fresh omelettes and they were made in front of me. Coffee was plentiful and it was as much as you could drink and eat. Stunning choice, with friendly service. Can’t fault it.
The room, had a stunning view of mountains and was warm again (this is important as I’m finding certain premises are not turning their heating up) Toilet and Shower facilities are absolutely stunning, fresh towels when you want them, 3 bathrobes (there was 3 of us) and all different sizes that fitted us all, someone even thought of that. Housing cleaning were on the ball, and I even came back to find clothing folded. Can’t be faulted.
Used the restaurant a few times and had a varied menu, again, they were quick, left you alone, the food was stunning and again, I can’t fault it.
The sauna was €15.00 to use, and that was only if there was not a group booked. I didn’t think they should charge for a sauna, but then I used the swimming pool and was expecting a Luke warm dip. I was wrong, the pool was hot, and I mean hot, it was lovely, you don’t need a sauna when the pool is that hot. Nice to laze around in a hot pool whilst looking out at the snow. Used it every day after skiing.
They also had a ski room in the basement, that you could hire and buy anything.
What was wrong? I’ll be damned if I can fault it. I might say the stairs to the ski room were hard to walk in equipment, but there is a lift if you are hard of walking (through the hotel) But if that is the worst I can find ….. well

Everything - but the personel was just OUSTANDING. I travelled with my disabled wife and it was just heartwarming to see how helpful, friendly an empathatical EVERYBODY was. Especially the housekeeping-, spa-& breakfast-personal! Never experienced something like this in 1000+ hotels in the past.
Thank you!!
Real scrambled egg for breakfast would be nice :-)
Thats all :-)

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The dinner in the evening was exceptional and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Awesome views. of the Alps. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We arrived by bike and were allowed to keep our bikes in our room.
4.3
The room was a good size, clean and had an exceptional view from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent, the lounge area very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.
4.3
The swimming pool was good and not too busy. Breakfast had lots of choice and was good quality. The rooms were a good size and the balcony was a bonus.
4.3
The spacious rooms, great bar and breakfast.
Was very hot in the rooms
4.3
There were nice extras like free popcorn in the afternoon or leftovers from breakfast in the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
In the evening dinner is only until 21h30. So a long relaxing dinner is not possible in the hotel.
4.3
Excellent accommodation, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast and a pampering spa with a fun pool and a courtyard with a view of the mountains.

Travelled for Alpe d'Huez Triathlon, location was perfect, 5 min stroll from regsitration/T2/finish.
Staff fantastic, spotlessly clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast. Lovely bar, place must be magic in winter ski season.
Restaurant menu wasn't great

Lovely location with amazing views. Varied breakfast and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the spa treatments and the pool.
4.3
great location. Really comfortable bar area.
4.3
They offered to make a reservation in a restaurant because their kitchen was closed by exception. We asked to do so, and they forgot. As a result, we could have dinner anywhere.
The attitude of the people at the reception.
4.3
We booked the private jacuzzi and really enjoyed this. The staff in the spa were very friendly. The mountain views and the balcony. The quiet setting. The size of the room. Separate toilet to main bathroom.
There were 2 x interesting stains on the carpet and sofa on arrival which when we asked the staff to address they were not sympathetic. Despite us arriving slightly earlier than check in they reported they could not move us as they were sold out (I doubt all rooms would have been full at this point). We were also told the stain was likely to be bleach however, when the staff did go and clean the carpet the stain was removed. Unfortunately, we then had a large wet soggy carpet during our stay and could not access the sofa.
This issue was not recorded for check out and I had to raise it again and show photos to another member of staff. They were unable to discount the room but did take some money off the private access to the spa.
For a 4* hotel we were obviously disappointed.
4.3
Very clean, good decor, came in late for a meal and the restaurant manager managed to sort us a snack meal an hour after restaurant had closed, didn't look too much at rest of hotel but everywhere we went it was good
Car park had temp barriers everywhere making it difficult to know where to go to park - could see the parked cars but difficult to find way in
4.3
very comfortable bed, nice toiletries. very friendly and helpful staff - good food and great breakfast with lots of choice.
nothing
