Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern.
Frühstück und sehr nettes Servicepersonal.
Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum.
Essen im Restaurant Ebbe und Food.
Wir hatten etwa Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes um Reinigung der Zimmer gebeten. Das geschah sehr schlampig. Mein Nachthemd lag zerknüllt auf dem Nachttisch und die Böden waren nicht gereinigt (Haare vom föhnen lagen noch auf dem Boden im Bad etc.) nach Reklamation an der Rezeption passierte am nächsten Tag nichts. Erst am Tag vor unserer Abreise wurde das Zimmer gründlich geputzt.
Sehr lautes Möwengeschrei am Morgen und manchmal auch nachts, deshalb mussten wir die Fenster geschlossen halten. Allerdings war es dadurch im Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach nachts sehr warm und stickig. Keine Klimaanlage oder Lüftung vorhanden.
Das Haus ist nun doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und daher das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz ausgewogen.

Sauna und Pool haben uns bei dem regnerisch-stürmischen und danach winterlichen Wetter gerettet !
Die Grund-Lautstärke im Poolbereich war leider durch die Belüftungsanlage/Klimaanlage sehr hoch!

The location is very good. Close to the beach walk, close to nice restaurants, close to the city center and close to a very helpful mechanic (Müller's Werkstatt).

The rooms were comfortable and clean with nice balconies. Beautiful landscaping and many areas to relax. Dogs welcome. Free parking on the street or paid in the lot. Friendly staff. Close to city center and walking/bike path. Free Prosecco and water in the rooms👍

Staff very friendly and "old school" with excellent name/guest recognition, although mostly lacking warmth and charm. Liked the open flow of the property with various entrances on every side. Rooms spacious and with enough closet space to move in for months
Restaurant serves excellent dinner with great service
Internet was terrible! in bedroom 300 not working at all. Surprising for a hotel of this standing in a country like Germany.
Parking at hotel is 9 euro/day and usually full but you can park for free on the large parking place right next to the hotel
Breakfast room is too noisy and hectic for our taste

Problem with the booking on booking.com - the rules on COVID were interpreted curiously, having to stand in line for breakfast in an empty restaurant before taking breakfast in restaurant garden……curious…

Good Breakfast from 9 to 12!
I was very disappointed that the Spa was closed. I was offered to be transported to a different place by car. Due to very bad weather (strong storm) the idea of leaving the place was not appealing at all
Had I known before I would have chosen a different hotel. I wonder whether the hotel could have informed me a day before...?
