Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet. Die Lage ist außerordentlich toll, man kommt vom Hauptplatz aus überall hin und kann auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren. Rundherum gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und komfortabel, sehr ruhig, schöne alte Möbel
Das Frühstück hat mich nicht so begeistert, da könnte die Auswahl größer sein

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche MitarbeiterInnen und ein wunderbares gepflegtes Hotel mit langer Tradition. Sehr zentral im Stadtzentrum gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Tiefgarage(kostenpflichtig) vor der Tür. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gern wieder.

The hotel was situated in the main square of the city. The best Christmas markets in Linz were also in the square. Plenty of great restaurants close by

We really enjoyed the pleasant ambiance of the hotel, especially with its charming antique furniture and the historical architecture of the building. Furthermore, the hotel's location is absolutely superb, situated right in the heart of downtown. We had a great time in the "game room" located near the reception area. We were able to enjoy some delicious beer from the vending machine while playing games.
The parquet floor in our room makes loud cracking noises when walked on, which was frustrating when trying to avoid waking up my son during a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip.

Excellent location! Breakfast was very nice
The smoke alarm started to beep at 24h00 and continously for every 30 seconds, so we could not sleep. I suspect it was the battery. We reported it the next morning and the receptionist was very apologetic and gave us a complementary bottle of champagne.

Incredible location for the Christmas markets, literally outside the door. Such a warm, inviting place to stay, feels like staying with family. Extremely spacious rooms, very comfortable.

Very good location, super helpful and friendly personal, great room and breakfast. The interior puts you back in time and is very welcome in times of mass hotels without any charm. I you look forward to my next stay there!

Location. Easy access to public transport. Building had charm and character. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and willing staff. Two minute walk from concert venue.

I didn't like the fact that there was no lift from the ground floor. Since I had a small case, it didn't really matter, but I wouldn't like to carry a heavy case up to the first floor.

location and the authenticity of the building! the family and staff also warm and lovely. i love the simple buffet breakfast, they provide vitamin tube (yes vitamin!) and fresh orange to squeeze! so homey!

The location is great. Parking was near by and the view from the room was a dream. They have a good breakfast and staff was nice and helpful 🙂. The style of the from is breathtaking..I loved every moment spent there.

The breakfast is excellent, and the breakfast room a joy, with the antique decor and the many eclectic artworks on the walls, plus if you get a window seat, a good view over Hauptplatz in Linz. It is very centrally located, reachable from the trainstation by tram. The whole property is beautiful in an arty sort of way, a touch of classic old hotel flair. The staff is very nice.
It is not that I did not like it, but you have to be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the reception area, this may be a problem for some, but not for me. (and if I have a little gripe it is only the scent of the cleaning liquids they use, it is too sweet for my taste, but nothing that opening the window will not take care of)

The perfect location and helpful staff made this hotel a winner. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and incredible view of the town square from our room. The room was generously sized and well-appointed.
It was quite warm in Linz when we stayed there, and it would be nice if an air conditioner were in the main bedroom instead of just the bathroom. The towels were a bit threadbare as well, and the motion sensor for the bathroom light was bright in the middle of the night!
