Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das unglaublich bequeme Bett, das geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, das ausgesprochen gute und umfangreiche Frühstück

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut,. Riesige Auswahl und man kann noch zusätzlich etwas bestellen wie Rührei mit Trüffel und Käse.

Das Personal war überhaupt nicht freundlich. Und es gab kein heißes Wasser im Hotel, obwohl wir 200 Euro bezahlt haben. Ihre einzige Erklärung war, dass das Rohr geplatzt sei. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen

The room was a standard hotel room, with very posh feeling lobbies and restaurants attached. The staff were very helpful to let me leave my items and shower after some trail running downstairs in the spa before I traveled. They were so kind.
I had such a quirky request, to use the sauna in the middle of summer, but it was hard for them to help me out. They finally managed in the end, but the process was a bit odd. It was a strange request from me, so a strange response felt fine.

Das Frühstück war sehr breit gefächert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist mehr als nur gut gelegen. Außerdem ist die Parksituation mit der Tiefgarage, die Anschluss an das Hotel hat mehr als gut. Man zahlt pro Tag 12 Euro was für die Lage des Hotels fair ist.

Nothing, I left the hotel. We did not sleep there
The rooms are outdated and the bed is made from two beds that were put together.

Excellent position and very good breakfast. The personell has been kind and efficient. The room was clean and they provided a good cot for our baby.
We choose the hotel for the restaurant service since we have a little baby and having dinner in the hotel would have been more practical for us. Unfortunately the night we stayed it was closed, and we've been informed about it at our arrival. This has been really an annoying inconvenience, and the hotel have informed us in advance.
Another point to work on: the heat in the room was really too much. We turned it off immediately but it was really terribly hot, we even had difficult in sleeping.

This hotel’s main feature is its location, as it’s only a 5 min walk from the train station and a 2 min walk from the city center. Price is decent, and makes it good value for money
Soundproofing is not perfect. I could hear next door neighbours talking. I was also placed in front of the lift, so could hear guests coming in and coming out. Also, a double bed is really two singles put together- which is not ideal as I could not sleep in the middle of the bed- too uncomfortable

great place with friendly personnel (even with my arrival 20 mins past midnight) and fantastic breakfast, loved it
all was just perfect, I moved from 4 star hotel Seven into VOCO, because Seven 4 star hotel did not have anyone at the reception to let me into the booked room which was confirmed reservation . Job excellently done by VOCO!

The heaters were not working well and we had to ask for an extra heater to keep warm
