Our room was big and clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with everything. We will definitely come back!

It was a real pleasure to spend 6 days in such a wonderful place with kind and welcoming stuff, very cooperative and
ready to help in every question. The breakfasts were delicious, and some pleasant surprises like totally free bicycle use were a bonus. This place is highly recommended for families. Thank you for your hospitality, girls!

Due to technical reasons we stayed at Hotel Tauernhof. Everything was just perfect. Dinner and breakfast included. Pool and fitness great. Quiet very comfy room. We loved it.

Cleaning room is free only after check out and it costs some € in between to clean the room through hotel service. It would be helpful to offer the guests to clean the room after 3 days for free, for those who stay longer.

Breakfast was really good, but such a shame that boiled eggs (and so on) are not refillable if we are late for the time.
A friend of mine's family, who are with us, had to change their room and even the hotel, which is not expected at all. We are so sad about this.

Location was great, just off the motorway en route to Salzburg! Free parking in front of the hotel! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our room was on the 1st floor, it was clean and beds comfy! We had a fridge to store our food from Italy. Most of the restaurants are a 20-30min walk.
I believed I was getting an apartment, as that was how it was marketed. But it was just like a hotel room, with a tiny kitchenette by the door and a table with bench in the corner of the room. OK for a night, but I wouldn´t want to spend a summer/ski week in it! Not good value for money!

Location is perfect, close to Apres ski bars and slopes.
It is a bit outdated, but overall perfect.
We are coming back next year.
