El bufete la verdad .muy amables pequeño pero todo variado muy bueno.
Lo.unico las almohadas deberían cambiarlas .
Es importante poder dormir bien.
Si no al día siguiente no estás bien para disfrutarl los días.las camas y las almohadas tienen que ser lo las importante.olor a humedad de estar cerrado.yo tengo asma.menos mal que fue solo una noche.
El recepcionista muy amable en si rl personal .hasta el seguridad que nos llevó las maletas hasta la habitación. Intenté cambiar eso.por wue nos viene genial.ese hotel por que nos queda cerca por negocios.

Good choice of food. The animation team were excellent. Especially Frederica , who was amazing.The beds were comfortable. All the waiting and bar staff were so helpful and friendly. Lots of hot water.
The bath had been painted and was all peeling off which was rather nasty. Reception staff were not friendly at all.

The pool was nice.
The food was good selection each night dinner and desserts
Staff were great very friendly.
The town is 4/5 euro in taxi closest beach is there also.
There was no Air Conditioner in any apartments.
This in heat like we had was not great only way to get a cool breeze was to have front door and balcony door open at same time.

The access to the pool was great
The rooms were extremely warm, and the windows provided no noise insulation. We could hear the other residents talking outside until 3am

Room was very dated. Uncomfortable bed, ended up needing a back massage, room was poorly maintained. Curtains had holes in them, fridge was falling apart and door to room desperately needs a paint job. Toilet didn’t flush properly

booked room only , couldn’t fault it at all , some nice friendly bars nearby , with decent food and drinks at cheap prices , the free courtesy bus is perfect to get to the main resort shopping centre in 10 mins , or use the number 3 bus for 1:45 euro , room was spotless and all the usual English TV channels available

Great view from the hotel area to the sea and from our hotel room to the swimming pool. The food had nice variation, including for vegetarians, there was a different theme every day. There is a free shuttle service to the beach.
If you don't order all-inclusive, the drinks cost extra at the dinner and buying them is a bit cumbersome. The bathroom was not so clean.

We stayed for a one night stopover at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and professional from the very warm greeting we received by the lady at reception to the efficient staff on duty in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is a good size and the pool area is well maintained.

Rooms were very tired. If wanted to pay cash at pool bar had to take receipt to reception , pay then go back to collect drinks . Music way too loud at pool and horrendous choice of music done Roman singing cover song sadly all day

The staff refused to give me a room even after a made a reservation online.They told me the hotel was strictly for German travelers.Being a black woman,I felt racially profiled.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff all round, large pool area with good selection of drinks and food surprisingly nice selection for what we paid. Yes its not michelin star but when you consider how much it costs, its real good value. We stayed 5 days and loved it. If they renovated the rooms a bit, they could easily charge much more and deserve a 4th star. The bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing and really make you feel welcome. We will be back if we ever come to fuerteventura again!
Rooms could do with updating but still not exactly an expensive stay. I thjnk they could refurb those and easily charge more.
Sun beds also need updating.

Hotel was clean and had a nice swimming pool and outdoor pool table. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't eat there as it didn't suit our schedule.
Very convenient for the airport.
If you're into sport then there's tennis and other courts available.
Beware when booking of twin beds!
The area around the hotel is basically an unfinished building site with half built structures, abandoned for over 10yrs, scattered all around the village. The hotel is perfect but the village is an eye-sore.
If you just want a room for a night close to the airport then it's perfect.

Nice big room and a huge patio.
Internet was not working in our room and the water pressure for hot water was really bad. Also if staying here it’s advised to have a car.

Beds super comfy, huge balconies, clean apartments. All staff friendly. Lots of sunbeds, no rush for them.
Indoor cafeteria/bar no air conditioning in there or restraunt. Outside area in cafeteria/bar seating outside to small.

whole property is way past it’s hay day. Rooms are in need of repair. I got locked in the bathroom an hour after arrival
