the room was very calm and the bed's comfy . the pool was also very nice and clean. The breakfast was also good with large choice of dishes. The staff at the hotel were very Nice and Welcoming. they also recommended some very good spots to visit

overall every thing was good except the weather was cloudy and the climat was a bit humid

Clean and big room with a nice view. Staff was very helpful and answered quickly to my messages before arriving. During our stay we wanted to rent a car and asked recomendations from the reception. Turned out they collaborate with a local car rent firm so we got our car very easily. There is also a bus stop straight across the street where you can take a direct bus to Ciutadella and beaches. Good food at the buffet during breakfast and dinner.

Good size room with balcony which were cleaned everyday to a high standard. The property and gardens / pool area were kept clean and tidy.

The room air conditioning was not cooling even on max and it was starting to get hot during the 1st week of May.

Pillows are NOT comfortable at all. One is two small.. but two- too big. My neck is crying now.

This is a top quality hotel in a lovely location in Menorca. The hotel is spotless and every effort is made to make your stay as faultless as possible. The food is delicious and a great choice available. Our room was spotless large and very modern.

We liked everything.

The hotel was very clean, the room as well. Everything was functioning and all necessary utilities were provided. I really liked the food, there was a wide variety of it at breakfast as well as at dinner.

I didn’t really understand why drinks are not included in the price you pay for dinner. Usually soft drinks or water are always included and if you would like to have a beer or a wine, you can still order additionally. During my holidays I always had this experience with Spanish hotels and I need to say that this is not nice or fair at all as the customers pay quite a lot of money for a night. At least the water should be included in the price.

Big enough pool with good water temperature, good quality sleep, spacious rooms, nice surroundings, close to the beach and restaurant areas, free parking around the hotel. Bus connecting to Ciutadella right in front of the hotel

Staff was nice and friendly, but overall slow service. Breakfast can be improved with at least more fresh vegetables and better coffee

Amazing installations, garden, swimming pool area, food and staff! The best one we could get in Menorca for sure. A big thanks for al the staff members for being so friendly, helpful and nice!

I was given a room that I did not want and had already paid for a better position which should of encluded a double bed and a single bed but was given two single beds put together. Myself and my daughter had to split the beds apart, when we questioned this to management we were told that nothing else was available and another room of the same size would be available the following day. I said I had already secured this request and paid in advance and should of been informed so I could have booked elsewhere. But to take my money and then tell me at book in that there’s nothing else was scandalise and I shouldn’t have to wait until the following day for any room change. I wondered if this was because myself and daughter was black that we were treated so badly. In the end we both decided that it was best to begin our holiday without fuss and left it as it was.

We loved staying here. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any requests. The room was nice and well maintained. The pool is lovely, we were a bit worried there would be sunbed wars after being told you couldn't reserve them, but this wasn't a problem at all, there was plenty of space for everyone. My kid liked the entertainment songs which happened frequently enough but not too overwhelming or loud. Breakfast was amazing and had all kinds of options in a self-service style, so you could try what you wanted and everything was really tasty. The hotel is a couple of minutes from the beach and there's a bus stop outside where you can travel to the city for a couple of euros.

There was nothing we didn't like, we didn't want to leave! The only slight thing that affected us was that the dinner time was quite late, so we didn't end up going as it was at my son's bedtime

Very good position and breakfast was amazing.

We had a great recent stay here at the hotel. There was a fantastic breakfast with a great assortment of food and lots of fresh produce. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay and our room was immaculately cleaned each time we had wanted it to be. The beach is less than a five minute walk away and the huge pool offered respite for myself and the other families present. There is a bus stop that is easy to navigate just outside the hotel and you are able to get an easy ride to other beautiful destinations, and the city Ciutadella very easily. Also, the Port is less than a 15 minute walk away which is the place-to-be on an evening as the sun sets and you can enjoy some delicious food. We arranged a shuttle not through the hotel itself but through an online company (be mindful that the shuttle must be booked more than 48 hours in advance of any travel) which picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel with the journey lasting around an hour. Moreover, the hotel was beautiful, sophisticated and relaxed, much like the island and I highly recommend it for families and couples looking for a relaxed holiday that isn't too far from the action.
