The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was free and convenient.

The water pipes inside the walls are incredibly loud and make a regular noise that is quite disturbing. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs for a peaceful night's sleep. Also, the hairdryer had a layer of oil-like substance on it. The shower temperature was low during the night, even when set to the highest temperature, but it returned to normal during the day.

Room was very big. Good value!

Hotel front entrance broke when we arrived and we got trapped briefly. They fixed it the next day though.

A lot of parking is available and it is completely free to park there, but you need to have a car if you want to live there. It is quite far from Ronda city and no public transportation is available. Room is quite big, facilities are ok.

We went there in January and it feels quite cold inside the room. We did not feel any cold in the other hotels. There is only one guy for both reception and the bar, you need to ring if you need any service, sometimes you might need to wait a bit if the staff is occupied.

Upgrades have been made and the owners are obviously trying hard to improve the hotel. The breakfast was good, The decor in the rooms was good and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly

Booking.com, took payment 3 days prior to our arrival, and confirmed by email. On the day of arrival the hotel attempted to take the payment again, fortunately our card company picked up on this and declined the 2nd payment. There was a unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the drains. The only toiletries that were provided were a couple of sachets of shampoo. We were woken at 3am by noisy guests in the corridor.

Good location, close to the Ronda city center. There is free parking at the hotel. The pool was spacious and well-kept.

The sign indicating the reception area was missing. One set of sheets was unclean and had a stain that sized about 3 cm. The bathroom in particular has a strong chemical cleaning odor that dominates the entire area. also, the towels in the bathroom were of poor quality (without cotton), as they had no absorbency. Since the window was small and we were on the second level, there was little sunlight.

I would stay again if we were in the area. The staff were so friendly, easy check in and check out. The room was large and bed very comfy. AC worked well and windows shut out all the light overnight. The bar was well stocked and well staffed. Rooms are very sound proof given the close proximity to the road. Plenty of free parking on site. 5 min drive from Rhonda, definitely need a car to access this hotel but most people do in the area. Guests on here are complaining about the pool location, there is nothing wrong with it. Pool is well maintained and plenty of seating. We swam every day and enjoyed it very well. Tennis court also on site if this is for you.

The room was not very clean especiallythe bathroom, they had clearly used a bug spray before we arrived which I appreciate as there were obviously alot of mosquitos but no one had cleaned the dead mosquitos from the room. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss. We enjoyed the beef checks and the cheese board but most of the sea food was poorly cooked. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast and we didn't, not enough options especially if you have any dietary requirements.

The pool is really nice all be it a little walk past the tennis courts but it's worth it. One of my friends was taken ill with heat stroke and the hotel couldn't have been more helpful.. we had to extend his stay by 2 more nights. They cooked him some boiled rice and boiled potatoes which wasn't even on the menu.. very friendly staff.
