All rooms need urgent renovation.

This hotel and its staff are fabulous. It was my third stay. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept. The bathroom was very clean with ample towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delish! Lots of self serve options, hot and cold. The staff at reception and restaurant were very warm and helpful and most guest came back again and were recognized. It tells a lot about the fine vibes of the Hotel. Can’t wait to come back again.

Breakfast was good, a few options every morning so worth the money. lots of grocery stores around and a mall close by. Hotel restaurant was superb and the staff was very nice and helpful, food was affordable with huge portions.

Big dissapointment. I have booked Executive Double or twin room, but I forgot to change to 2 people, but booked and paid room with two beds. When I arrived that room was not available, they asked me to pay 10$ more for 2nd person and gave me Basic small 2 beds room that is a lot cheaper that I initially paid. Receptionist was rude and unpleasnt, would not allow me to ask any question and in addition I had to wait 20 minutes for they to find me a key in some bag of keys. So not only I paid executive room for two, i paid extra for 2nd person and got basic room that was double cheaper. Whenever I tried to tell her that I initially have Booking for Executive double with two beds she said that is not free. This is my god knows which stay in that hotel, but the last one, i travelled from Asia to Europe and never had any receptionist to look or talk to me like i am dum fool.
