Very relaxing , good clean room , excellent shower , staff really friendly and professional, good food , in the evening and at breakfast

Poor view out of my window of the rear car park and bins , the hotel was under refurbishment so lack of facilities was understandable

Clean comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff. Reception allowed me to check in 3 hours early.

Road and parking outside needs resurfacing. The shower drain did not drain properly. No EV charger for my car.

The restaurant setting for breakfast facing the front along with the cosiness was nice, staff extremely friendly and welcoming

The steam room needs cometrly revamped which was disappointing as I could not use this and the setting/hygiene was really looking forward to using the facilities along for 2 days nights over Christmas that we stayed, drinks at the bar a few discounts or offers would be great for customers.

Twin beds, base was smaller than mattress, not the best.

the room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable, the bar was busy when we arrived as there was a reunion taking place but additional bar staff were put on to cope with the demand, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and catered for everyones needs, would definitely stay again….

Verwarming op kamer deed het niet. Ontbijt was niet bijzonder en tafels niet schoon en slecht opgeruimd. Te duur qua prijs/kwaliteit

It was a great location. The morning staff handled my complaint quiet well, offering points but unfortunately after several emails and message the membership was created and points added (3 weeks later) I still didn't have a reply to my correspondence. Very disappointing!

Our bathroom door didn't close and although reported the staff at the time didn't offer us any solution.

The hotel is looking really tired and dated. It reminded me of Stephen Kings The Shinning. Paint work externally was shabby, the external window frames are rotting. I booked a suite which was great in size, but the furniture and decor were really drab.

no shower gel. only 1 bottle of sparkling water, condiments not topped up, no wifi so netflix wouldnt work on telly, rang staff wouldnt help then staff on desk in morning had nothing to say. very disappointed

Location close to wedding location

Air conditioning not working but not told about it until a couple days before by which time it was too late to book somewhere else. That would have been ok if it had broken but we were informed it was an ongoing problem and part of the renovations. Hence no reason to wait so long to tell us. There were areas of the hotel where the air con was working but we would have to pay more to upgrade to those. This was not offeee as an option or provided as info at time of booking (6 months previously).

This night away was to meet family from across the county and this hotel was roughly in the middle for everyone to get to. Nice sized bar area so we could relax and have drinks before dinner. Food in the evening was was lovely and a good selection to choose from. Buffet style breakfast is always a good option and there ware plenty to choose from, Full English or continental or both if you fancy it is all there on the pass for you to help yourself.

The room seemed a little smaller than we had expected. The bed was a small double bed and was so soft so wasn't really comfortable to sleep in. only one set of amenities in the bathroom for 2 guests , good job we brought our own. some of the staff were a bit grouchy , last orders at the bar was 10.30pm on Saturday night which was disappointing when we had travelled to be with family that we hadn't seen in a while.

The food was fab, the staff were pretty good and the decor was nice.

The pool was shut and the pillows were flat.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing and again the staff were super attentive. Honestly we weren’t expecting a lot from the outside look of the hotel but we were very pleasantly impressed

Everything. We stayed in an updated premier room, and it was superb. We had a corner sofa and lots of room. Very clean. Reception, front of house, housekeeping, bar, and breakfast staff were great as usual. Good food. So dog friendly too..!! This is our third stay this year as we need to stay local to the Bromsgrove area, and have booked our next two visits with this hotel also. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Staff is efficient and friendly

The hotel needs a renovation. The air conditioning haven’t been working for more than four months! It makes you think that they are trying to save energy costs but they say that it is not the case.

The kids loved that it had a swimming pool, so that was our afternoon sorted. We also loved the fact that when we sat down to eat there was a separate area where we could eat and our little girl could play whilst we waited for our food.

Our floor had quite a few dust clusters & some pet hair on the floor. We don’t have pets so this wasn’t pleasant for us.
