A 100euros la nuit tu espères une chambre propre. Tout est à renové. La moquette dans les couloirs est sales, notre chambre n’était pas propre au sol, des taches sur les meubles bref c’est inadmissible pour plus de 100euros….heuresement que le personnel est très agréable et serviable.

The Staff were very helpful and Kind especially front desk and housekeeping, Food at restaurants are very good. That's all that's good. It's ok for one overnight stay if you don't mind very very slow internet and very very average experience for a high price.

Extremely Slow internet at times it takes 30 minutes to download an email, most of the time not usable. I booked pool view but got garden view however they have corrected that and gave me anthor room after several days. The hotel needs refurbishment it shows its old l, Rooms are not quiet, anyone speaking in the hallway will be loud. Staff entering your room by mistake at 4 am in the morning. Complimentary water bottles not being restocked for days in a row, however they corrected that after several complaints.

Exceptional staff and attention to detail - I just stayed over night but can’t wait to return when back in Cairo.

Nothing - everything was amazing!

Absolutely nothing.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All of the bedding was stained. The shower was dirty with hair in it. We preferred to stay dirty from walking around all day as opposed to stepping into that shower. We also slept on top of the sheets even though the comforter was also stained. Lots of staff but gross room service trays stayed outside the rooms all night. Was not the money AT ALL. So upset at the amount we spent for that room. Don’t ever stay here.

Very good location, close to the airport. Jotel provides free shuttle service from the airport, and it works. I use this hotel really just to recover from long flights, and for that it is a perfect option. Staff si friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and quiet. Haven't had breakfast there, so i cannot comment on that

Close to airport and had a pool with bar to chill out that was nice. Selection of restaurants for dinner free shuttle back to airport

Very nice hotel. Very happy with our room which was large and very comfortable. Welcoming fruit platter and also a sweet platter. Lovely pool Very good facilities and food, including a gym.

Didn't like the smell in the hallways. Almost a dirty smell not sure if it was the cleaning compound. But whst every it was didn't leave a nice odour in the air. Pushy in shops. Very disappointed with a purchase. I purchased what I thought was a good bag for usd100. First bag I returned due to problem with straps. Then second bag had the same problem but I couldn't return as we were already at the airport. I urge any one not to by bags as they are obviously a cheap bag that they are charging too much for.
