Had to wait for the lift a lot

Easy parking and walking distances to shops and restaurants. bed was comfortable and clean room

only one lift working and decor looking a little tired staff not very friendly when arrived

Hotel location is very good. Customer service at the reception deck was excellent. Breakfast was 10 out 10.

In our room we discovered the teacup with the red lipstick marks.

Estimados! Tuve un problema que no fue resuelto! Antes de llegar al hotel hicieron el cobro total del hotel ( 8 us más caro que lo que indica booking), más 69,9 US. Además al llegar yo pasé otra tarjeta que piden por si hay gastos y me cobraron 68,28 US. Tarjeta terminada en 8861. Al retirarnos del hotel hablé en recepción y no reconocieron esos gastos y dicen que después solo se devuelven! Pues hasta hoy no han devuelto nada! Espero ustedes puedan resolver la situación Atte. Conveniently close to Commercial Club for cheap meals. Was clean with comfy bed.

Cost of meals. 1 lift for over 100 rooms was inconvenient.

The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The staff on front desk were horrendously slow on check in. And on check out the receptionist walked out before serving us so we had no choice but to leave our keys. The receptionist on Friday night who was a boy was very helpful when i rang and asked for a heater as our room was cold so he brought one up personally.

Breakfast included was very good. No cheese or meats option which was unusual, other than that very tasty with good options.

Lighting was very dim - no overhead lights. So the apartment was ver dark. Mattress was too soft. No spare pillows. Drain in shower blocked and bathroom flooded when we used the showe.

The air vents were incredibly dirty, made me feel very icky and very unsanitary. The showers had a bit of grim and mold was forming

The bar and resturant staff were great and dwell priced and delicious. Everything was easy to get to from the hotel as well.

Communication. Aircon stopped working one day and another day no hot water but was not told until bought up even though i passed reception multiple times.
