Nice clean room, excellent breakfast, tea and coffee facilities in room

Stairs and landings were not clean when I arrived and still not cleaned when I left 4 days later.

Excellent buffet breakfast, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and you were given free secure parking on site. I didn't have an evening meal so could not comment on that.

Only gripe, we were on second floor and the lift was broken. I stayed there at Christmas and it was out of action then too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was great value for money.

There was nothing to dislike , great place.

The location is perfect and lots of parking bar and food are also good.

Drove all the way from London 4.5 hours to get there and not be able to check in until 2pm on the dot and there is no waiting spaces so had to sit in my car for 2 hours tried to check on at 1.45 to be told no 2pm. No flexibility on check in even though I was prepared to pay extra. The rooms are also extremely hot even with no heating on windows don't open that wide either... there were lights that didn't work in the room either.

Reception wasn't manned. I had to go find someone very nice, friendly staff.

Only 2 staff members were on the bar and there was a long wait at the bar for drinks and order food . It was the same 2 bar staff that waited in the tables for food. No complaints about food service was good, just slow, and needed at least one more member of staff
