*Provide fresh butter. *Robe would be softer in the inside. We have to wear it inside out. * Front desk staff would be more knowledgeable.

Room exceeded our expectations with a beautiful view of the frozen lake. Recommended for sure with family, friends or even for Business. The hotel is very well localted, so the restaurant and its food. Transfer to the Train Station available and very useful.

Unable to use the plug due to the hexagon socket.. Had to buy plug converter which was quite costly

The location was excellent as it was close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner in their restaurant called Lapin. The breakfast was delicious and in a very comfortable dining room. We very much appreciated our room upgrade at no additional cost. Lovely time at this hotel!

Great location central to all city amenities. Welcoming staff, esp. in the breakfast room. Good size bedroom and ensuite. An affordable alternative in the typically expensive St Moritz.

Super busy with bus tour groups at checkin and checkout. Also, the tour buses twice blocked the garage/parking exit that took a little time & maneuvering to get around. Lift was small and almost impossible to use for all the tour groups traversing it.

The hotel is well located, easy to reach from the central station by walking - I didn't notice they provide shuttle services. Our room was nice and clean, with a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules and fast internet; a balcony over the street and mountains. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and modern. The breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious with many choices. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and all we ordered deserved 5* - delicious food well prepared; excellent cook. Good service in both hotel and restaurant.

We did not have an iron and ironing facilities in the room.
