The hotel is beautiful. The concierge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel was clean. The suite was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. I received my stay as a birthday present and it was a wonderful weekend.

Getting to the swimming pool was confusing. You needed to go out of the hotel and walk along the outside of the hotel to get to the day guests entrance through the car park. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and we didn't think we were allowed in. The inside pool needed someone to let us in as we didn't have a chip, rather bracelets which didn't let us in. In addition, we didn't know that we needed a swimming hat to swim so neither of us was able to go swimming. Coming out of the pool area was much easier as it was just opposite the main entrance of the hotel.

Reception was ok but the staff at the bar was a disaster, very unfriendly, unkind bartender. unbelievable fur suchg a hotel of standing

It feels home that there are Filipino in the House Keeping team. Thanks to Aisa Payumo for your hospitality and great job on giving directions.

Most of the furniture is old and broken. The bed is hard, and the bathroom toilet is stained. The front office guys are quite stiff and don't smile. The bar guy on the afternoon of march 9 is rude and unwelcoming. No breakfast included. It's not worth it for a 100 dollars/night stay.

Tried 3 times to get the room I booked. Tough to get good because of Ramadan. Just salmon and vegetables, lunch and dinner. Grumpy staff in dining/bar area. No no

They upgrade our room for free and we stayed in a nice, big room with two bathrooms. Also, the view from the room is really nice. They also let keep your luggage if you have a late flight. It is near to the airport, the distance is one hour by bus. Near the hotel, there is Safari Ramat Gan which we visited during our stay.
