Great, central but quiet location. Tasty breakfast

Location was super convenient and central. Parking was very convenient.

The room smelled like cigarettes, maybe it was the carpet. There is no lift hence made it a bit impossible to carry luggages. The beds weren't very comfortable. Very flat mattress and pillows.

Good location (close to mainstreet Krupowki), acces to the hot water in the corridors, nice room.

If you are looking for the luxury of the Intercontinental, this is not your accommodation. But if you want a hotel in a quiet central location, feel free to choose this hotel. Clean, cosy rooms, large parking place. The Krupowky street is 1 min. by walk! Tea making facilities are available in the hallway on all floors. Very helpful staff, the employees at the reception speak perfect English. The breakfast is fantastic and we chose to have lunch here twice, which was very delicious. The hotel is highly recommended.

The parking place was very icy and it was slippery. There wasn't scattered with anti-slip. It was scattered only around the building.

The location is great but nothing Ells. they gave us towel.

TV is no working. No toiletries no bottled water or fridge. room is small and the shower is old. they charged us £90 per night for what it feels like a £30 per night room.

We drove, and it was easy to find and there was free parking on site. The breakfast buffet is huge with a very good selection to choose from. It is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

There is no elevator and our room was on the top floor. The room was very small. The first floor of the main building (there are two old houses side by side, we were in the one without the reception desk & dining room) has an interesting old main parlor room, but it's a bit musty. Bottom line- it's a perfectly fine place to stay for a budget traveler, but nothing exceptional.

Breakfast was very good, big choice. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice. Possibility to rent a sauna for additional cost, but it's worth it, especially after walking in the mountains.

The room quality was poor. Toiletries were not available in the room. The hair dryer was broken, the room smelled like mold. Very poor sound insulation. It was difficult to sleep at night because of an allergic reaction that caused itching.

There was no AC in the room

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Big windows, lots of light! The location is perfect for walking to Krupuwki street. The linens and towels were spotless and fresh. The bathroom is clean and modern, however the shower head was broken.

The facility is a bit old. There aren't any extras in the room: no free soaps or free coffee. The shower head in our room was broken so you had to hold the hose.

Easy to talk to staff. Close to the city centre.
