Very good room and modern bathroom with big shower and nice toiletries. Comfortable bed with nice linen. Only hot options at breakfast were sausage and bacon but the continental selection was good. Nice outside terrace for an evening drink. A good 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful town square. Excellent secure parking (9 euros for 24 hours).

Kettle didn't work. Tight squeeze in the shower room!

The location

The heat was unbearable. The staff were exceptionally rude and forever trying to get us to spend more money on upgrading to a room we didn’t need or want.

Beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels available. We also liked the toiletries. Breakfast was very good. Check-in was on Saturday, check-out on Sunday, and there was free parking available right at the back of the hotel. Staff was very nice, quick and smooth check-in and check-out experience. We would choose this hotel again if it has good rates.

It is not extremely close to the city center, but still within walking distance, so all fine. It is just in front of the railway station, so perfect for people travelling by train.

In het hotel prima, aan de buitenkant achter het hotel mag samen met het andere hotel het plein wel opgeknapt worden.

Fijn en comfortabel hotel. Vriendelijk personeel.

Kosten voor verblijf huisdier (€12,- per kleine hond) is ronduit overdreven. Het hotel heeft hier geen extra werk aan.

Chambre vaste et très bien agencée, lits très confortables, salle d'eau très propre et stationnement possible à proximité. Très bon accueil.

Only 2 hours from Calais so a great stop on route to the alps. Easy check in, friendly staff, great breakfast. Clean, tidy.

The sink had a drainage issue, however we reported this to the hotel so hopefully the next guests wont have that issue. Shower door opens the wrong way making it awkward to get in and out.

Breakfast was excellent for a French establishment, lots of choice and all was fresh. The rooms were clean and well kept and the location just by the railway station was superb.

My room had a wet room type shower that got everything wet, not one of my favourite things. The TV had to have the input selected by a member of staff, simple but no instructions. The room was not fitted with an in room safe, inconvenient to carry cash, passports and everything with us.

Souhaite avoir aussi petite serviette dans la salle de bain. Quelqu’un pour guider au petit déjeuner. Difficile de trouver le parking quand c’est la première fois. Pas de frigidaire dans la chambre pour médicaments.

le petit déjeuner à 9h ...la veille on ne nous avait pas précisé qu'il y avait beaucoup de familles avec des enfants et que ce serait mieux d'arriver à 8h30 au buffet du petit déjeuner ...c'était la panique totale ...le personnel débordé pas assez de place assise ..;ils nous ont fait manger dans la salle de formation ...bien sûr la queue pour avoir accès au café à tout c'était abominable on ne se croyait vraiment pas dans un hôtel de standing mais dans un hôtel budget ....cela nous a gâché le dimanche matin ! Dommage !

Literie super, grande douche, chambre bien décorée, le petit déjeuner était trop bon. Je recomm fortement.

Déjeûner parfait. Chambre ok. Accès parking mal fléché, ce qui m'a valu une petite mésaventure assez stressante..

dinner is not really available unless you like pizza but then given the location , we could walk to the main square and find plenty of restaurants there

location, location, location...a bit difficult initially to find/navigate via gps, but once inside, we were welcomed with a genuine smile. great room, ample space, comfortable beds.

Great location in the centre of town opposite the train station. We drove so parked our car securely in the underground parking that is directly linked to the hotel reception via a private lift for guests and it only cost 12€ for 24 hours. Also the staff were all great and the room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast as you’d expect to set you up for the day 👍
