Mice and cockroaches in the rooms

Staff are helpful

It gets unusually loud at night, there were cockroaches and mice all over the area.

it’s a place to sleep in when you’re on a budget, you get what you pay for

very friendly staff

location wasn’t the best - but still walking distance to Makati CBD saw some cockroaches in my room just didn’t feel clean overall

The location is very convenient. Near to basic necessities.

Cockcroaches and bed bugs, because I have insect bites on my arm. The welcome drink will not be given unless you call for it. One staff was kind of inconsiderate.

Location was close to everything. Malls are close by. Easy to commute.

There were small cockcroaches and bed bugs. Noisy, because it's beside a sing-a- long bar. Staff didn't mention that there was a lift available, so everytime I come back, very tired from the things I have to do, i have to climb stairs up to the 2nd floor. We have to call for the welcome drinks eventhough it was mentioned that it is there. One staff, name Alan, immediately call our attention when I mistakenly booked 1 pax in a room(which i hope he does for everyone) when i was with my daughter and it wasn't the end of the time to accept visitors, when I said i will be sending her home, he said to inform him. You wouldn't expect this even in a 5 star hotel, and he wanted me to pay at the same time. And the extra person was 1000 pesos? Imagine, and he wanted me to send my daughter late at night. No consideration at all, I have been extending my stay everyday but no consideration at all. Why, do I extend even though I am complaining now, it was just because I don't want to go down the stairs with my suitcases, and mind you, we go out at 9 or 10 am and go back onky at 8 or 9pm. I wouldn't recommend the place at all.

Carpets Need Cleaning

Internet access was stable.

The old carpets in the room need vaccuum cleaning. I stepped on them then on the wet bathroom floor and you can see dirt. I could not be on my bare feet the. Consider to spray air freshner or do something to keep the rooms smell good, as well.
