Room was a bit dated and some repairs are needed.

Centrally located in Ortigas above a Mall.
It is beginning to show its age and I think most resources are being given to the Crowne Plaza next door and part of the same group. The shower was problematic in that you waited ages for a dribble of hot water and then d with cold turned it icy again, we had maintenance look at it but it really didn’t solve the problem. You have to step into the bath to have a shower, those with infirmities could have a problem.

dim lights, the lights weren't even bright enough at night. only 3 lights working and it's not bright at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Richmonde Hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The staff really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Location is great. Thank you, Richmonde!

Breakfast is poor, empty scales , no bread and a long line for the fried eggs, all pepper and salt shakers are stuffed/blocked. (put some rice in and the salt won't stick together.

The breakfast offered. I have stayed at the Richmonde Hotel - Ortigas over the past several years. There has been a significant deterioration
in the Breakfast menu (for which used to be a highlight of this hotel)
